Car park entrance was tricky to find.

Modern hotel with modern rooms - moving wooden window screens were unusual and worked well. Breakfast was good. Quiet rooms were clean. Great location.

Nothing at all

This place is great, great location within walking distance of the city center, undergound parking with lift access to the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the little terraces were lovely. My family had a great time in the nextdoor swimming pool with slides. We stayed here as a stopover but left wishing we could have stayed longer

The hote itself is apart hotel but still, very poor breakfast, very badly maintained for a new bulding already hald the locks etc is broken, not cleaned properly, the personnel is lazy as a minimum, there is not even small coffee machine in the room given that it lacks bar or any place to get water and coffee at least.

The SPA facilities are good but they can be accessed without staying in the hotel, this is a general admission Spa and the hotel itself does NOT have a Spa or anything.

All treatments were sold out for whole stay; had to get massage in city outside thermal villa. Breakfast was also basic. Location has limited restaurants nearby and walk or taxi to center needed. Also these therms come short when compared to thermal centers in Baden-baden or Aachen

No free parking, terrace area was disappointing as there are no views. Air conditioning was not very good, I don’t believe the controls worked effectively.

Trying to find the way out of the spa, some doors were locked. It wasn't very clear. They could do more here to explain.

No pools whatsoever are included, it just happens that the property is next to the Thermae, but it costs extra to visit, which was not made obvious on booking.

Air conditioner was not enough to heat the room. It was cold.

It is a great facility, there are many options that you can enjoy. Hotel room was clean. Spa access was easy.

If you stay in the weekends, there are many locals visiting the spa as well so you have to time the activity wisely.

The only thing that was not according to my personal wishes was the room, we had with balcony but we could only see a closed balcony (walls). This room only looked out to walls, within 1.5 meter

The hotel is really nice, and I could really relax in the spa. The staff was extremely friendly and professional!

NO WIFI in the room (impossible to Connect staff id aware of the issue but it has not been fixed by the management) “View” of the Dome (1/2 chance of just having a Metallica wall)

We had no access to the gym or the spa or the pool, all of which required they we pay extra for these separate entries. The hotel should charge guests for the price of entries into the facilities, as the spa and pool and gym are the main reasons anyone would book a room at this hotel. It was not clear from the promotional material that all of thoses entries would require extra charges and additional administrative acts on the part of guests. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in getting us our wrist badges, but we felt as through we had been misled into believing that our stay at the residence would include access to the facilities. And since those facilities close early, we were unable to use the gym in the evening or the morning, when one usually uses a hotel gym when visiting a city. It was the festival of Saint Nicolas in Nancy, and we were outdoors during the evening for the parade and fireworks. I do not know if the hotel could provide a small exercise room, but that would be greatly appreciated for guests in the units.

Lovely apartment with a garden view. Basic but very spacious room. Great for staying with dogs. Close to tge swimming pool and the beautiful old thermae building .

Taxi for evening venture couldn’t get organized. Raining Cats and dogs we were drenched until reaching restaurant. Not necessarily fault of staff as Nancy city is a mess due to ongoing construction.

Charge for everything! Breakfast, use of sauna, parking etc. What initially looks like a great price becomes expensive when you add in the bits that normally come within the charge.

Amazing property in great location. Very new and clean.
