Parking access is a bit difficult and the space is not well maintained by the third party who owns it - beware of tyre hazards. Not the hosts' fault but I think parking should be free until this is improved.

Very comfy and clean space, kind and communicative hosts. The bathroom and the balcony are highlights - breakfast (recommended!) on the balcony is a real treat. The paid parking option lowers the risk of the car getting knocked around by careless drivers. Location was ideal: no need to drive around in Nice as it is very easy to reach the center by public transportation, and close to the highway for daytrips to Antibes, etc.

The WiFi-connection was poor.

It is a very stylish room, bathroom and balcony. The view is stunning and the bed is very comfortable. Peter was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast we ordered was homemade and delicious with bread, granola, yoghurt and fruits. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend it!

No normal place to store clothes (such as wardrobe) Very little sound insulation between rooms and shared hall. You basically hear everything. Yet, it is absolutely expected for such a house, so it's fine.

Great neat house in the suburban area of nice, yet still city is easily acceptable by public transport. Wonderful communication with the owner. Breakfast was also superb. Very neat patio.

Easily connected to the centre whilst being in a quiet and safe residential area. Only took 20-30 mins to get into the centre by public transport and that barely cost anything. Bathroom was lovely, as was the little garden where you could just relax outdoors. Check in and check out were seamless and easy. The parking is available for an additional fee which is very minor (only 15 eur for 3 nights) and was essential for anyone travelling with a car, as parking in Nice is extremely difficult.

Was a beautiful room and very comfy and cozy bed. Such a great relaxing place, especially as my partner and I were travelling round Europe for a while, this was a great place to stop and have a reset. Easy to get to town on the bus, but we really enjoyed having an evening in here, having a bbq and sitting on the balcony. The couple that runs it were so friendly and helpful. Really welcoming place!!

The room is very modern, freshly renovated with a very spacious bathroom. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it was perfect for a short vacation. There is a breakfast offered by the B&B which you can book in addition, it’s prepared with a lot of care and we really appreciated it. It’s also quite well connected to public transport (4min walk to a well frequented bus stop).

Everything! The location is quiet and away from the tourism within the city. The room has 2 balconies and a garden with great views and during summer, the room also has air conditioning to cope with the heat. It’s also well insulated for a cooler temperature. Absolutely enjoyed our stay!
