Perfect location for those traveling via dieppe wanting an overnight stay. The host, James was great with excellent communication. The property had a great unique chateau feel about it and breakfast was lovely.

Need to be careful when getting out of the property in a car due to it being quite a fast road, the proximity of the cross road, & a public hedge making visibility more difficult.

We've just returned after 5 nights at Villa mon Repos. I can't fault anything. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was lovely with a large shower and plenty of hot water. We had a kettle and mugs in our room for extra tea and coffee. We had access to a small balcony which if the sun shines, is fab! James is an extremely helpful and great host - he speaks excellent English and has a great sense of humour. The villa has beautiful gardens, which are really peaceful and I imagine in the summertime offer lovely shade. The breakfast, which we had read about in reviews when booking, did not disappoint! A daily delicious selection of breads, croissant, homemade jams, yoghurt, fresh eggs from the hens and more. We enjoyed meeting with other guests as we ate - it makes for a very nice start to the day. Dieppe itself has some lovely restaurants and James is very helpful with booking if necessary.

Just want to sing the praises of James and Laurent. They were over and above helpful the whole time. But when my motorcycle refused to start the morning I was to leave they assisted in every way and even found me extra accommodation in case I couldn't get going. In the end Laurent pushed me up to road to get the beast going and I was able to continue on my journey. Fantastic stay.. fantastic people. Thank you SO much!

Couldn't stay long as we would have liked too.

What a wonderful quaint home in a quite area close to Dieppe. James was an amazing host and very welcoming. We taught him some English sayings and he tried to teach us some French (James English was much better than our attempt at French). Lovely breakfast with homemade jams and honey. If you are travelling around the region then we would highly recommend a stay here as you arrive as a guest but leave as friend.

Everything was exactly to our liking!

This was the perfect place for us to stop on the way to the UK. Fabulous period home just outside Dieppe and a very warm welcome from the owner, James. Plenty of parking space, a beautiful, extensive and private garden by the river, tastefully furnished bedrooms and a delicious breakfast. Extremely good value for money!

Breakfast was plentiful and great selection. Host was friendly, charming and spoke good English. Wonderful nights sleep, we were warm, bed was comfortable and it was peaceful. We arrived late so didn’t get a chance to explore the town but our host had information of restaurants nearby. It was an easy 15 minute drive to the ferry.

James was a brilliant host and very helpful in recommending a restaurant for dinner at the coast, which is a short drive away. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast very good indeed. We were heading home on the ferry from Dieppe next day and Villa Mon Repos is conveniently located about 15 minutes drive from the port. Highly recommended.
