Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United Arab EmiratesThe bedrooms were clean and freshly painted but there was a dated feeling to the decor and no cupa for.drinking coffee or water in the main area (but you can go to reception and get paper cups).
the receptionist made a friendly impression and was welcoming (and knowledgeable for musilac) and the grounds were peaceful especially after a noisy musilac concert the day before

New ZealandDinner was mediocre - 2 choices, and our chicken was dry and overcooked. Breakfast - overpriced for what you got. Only one full-sized towel in the room. I didn’t like how you had to take your room towel down to the spa.
Excellent value for money. Check-in easy and efficient, plus staff spoke perfect English. Spa pool perfect temperature, plenty of loungers available. Comfortable room, with good air con and WiFi.

United KingdomThe hotel is a bit outdated but clean and the staff were friendly.
Our room was very spacious and had a balcony with a mountain view! It was also great to have access to the sauna, steam room and pool. The dinner menu was really good value and the food was very tasty.

United KingdomThere were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and it was not easy to get a coffee during the day. It would have been nice for a cuppa and a lie in. Deck chairs around the pool were reserved with towels even when it did not seem like guests were around. This was frustrating as we had hoped for a relax by the pool after a day of site seeing. We had trouble keeping our room cool enough so slept with the balcony door open. We were overlooking the carpark, unfortunately this meant we were woken very early in the morning by delivery or collection lorries.
The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to charge our electric car without a problem. The bed was big and comfortable. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of food. Although we didn't try them the hotel had aqua exercise sessions timetabled which is a great idea.

SwitzerlandWithout a car is far from anywhere to eat. Entertainment in the area all requires a car - for the area, this hotel is good. But there are options much closer to local restaurants that are more convenient.

Iraqabout room, it's usually : 1-air conditioning should available in all rooms ,2- room refrigerator at least should supplied daily with 2 cans of water min. freely. 3- room should supplied with tea-coffee station. 4. the rooms usually delivered to customers at 3PM!! , which considered long time to wait specially when the traveler came from long journey. all mention points in my opinion is required to improve the hotel facilities.

United KingdomEverything was great so nothing to complain about :)
The rooms were large and have balconies. The toilet and bathroom were separate. Ours also had a full size fridge. Whilst there were no shutters the curtains kept out the light very well. The indoor swimming pool, hamman and sauna are free to use for hotel guests. But if you want a spa treatment you'd need to book ahead as they get booked up early. Breakfast was OK. There were a variety of pastries, some hot food, good quality jams, various hot drinks and 2 types of juice.

United KingdomWe attended the hotel and checked in, hotel was clean and had the facilities we needed for our stay. However after a very long drive from Nice we were exhausted and were really looking forward to a relaxing evening in the spa. When we got in the spa we were told my partner could not use it as he had swimming trunks on(plain black) and not speedos. Prior to our stay or when we got there did we had not received any information stating this. If I knew this was the case I would have booked a cheaper hotel else where. Also the hotel was not central to the town, I knew this when booking but after looking at the menu for an evening meal it only had two options both usual.
I liked the location.
