A great hotel with outstanding customer service. Every single staff member we encountered went out of his/her way to make us feel welcome and to accommodate our needs. The best option in Divonne-les-Bains without question. The restaurant is also a highlight, serving outstanding dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.

- no minibar/refrigerator in the room - no doors on the wardrobe - service in the bar/restaurant was pretty slow - bees/wasps (not sure) in the outside area of the restaurant

- big room with a balcony - adequate lighting and power outlets, including USB power - spacious bathroom with a bathtub - silent and efficient air conditioning - pleasant outdoor seating for the restaurant - SPA area seemed pretty popular (I didn't use it, so I cannot comment)

- For dinner, there was coriander on the meat, and in the salad. We found this quite atypical and unexpected, so we did not specifically mention that coriander tastes like soap to me. I did not send the dish back because I didn’t want it to go to waste, so I dissected the coriander out as much as possible. I am sure they would have given me a new one if I had asked. - No Netflix on the tv, and no mention of the wifi code in the room. So we used our phone’s roaming.

- Easily accessible by public transport. - Exceptionally kind and helpful staff. - The room was spacious enough to easily open a large suitcase and leave it, without obstructing passage. - Plenty of hangers and bars to hang towels and swimsuits to dry.

The BOB is cozy and nice.the staff were super helpful and welcoming. the lake view and sarounding was great.The location 20 minutes to GENEVA airport.

It was just perfect. We had a big family reunion. We had dinner booked on our arrival but our plane was delayed. The hotel waited and served us the perfect dinner. The mattress are the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I asked the hotel to give me details of the mattress but unfortunately I received no info as yet. Good peaceful location. Near the lake with nice walks. Close.enouh to the airport. On the whole a perfect hotel. I will definitely go back.

Hotel is brand new, built with high quality. Wonderful spa. Very clean and stuff are extremely nice and helpful.

Our shower had a mind of its own, difficult not to soak the floor. Also it appeared we arrived at the end of the season so the hotel was quiet, however music turned off the bar at 10pm when we had not long ordered a drink which we thought was a little impolite.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. We enjoyed the swimming pool/jacuzzi. Our room also had a nice terrace with lounger sofas.

We arrived after 12am due to plane cancellation as many other people, and the staff was called in and helped us all. They got 50 rooms booked in about an hour as all planes got cancelled, and i can only imagine how difficult it must have been to rush and organise everything. The hotel looks very new or renovated recently. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really nice. We had access to a SPA but did not have time to enjoy it.

Stayed one night when our flights got canceled as all other accommodation was booked out. Got greeted by friendly and helpful staff despite the hectic situation (many other people in the same situation) in the middle of the night. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again

I don’t even know where to begin! What an amazing hotel with an equally amazing staff. Our flight had got cancelled and so we booked this hotel last minute. As soon as we got to the hotel, we were welcomed with such a pleasant lady. Our rooms were ready as well as our keys to our rooms; check-in was super quick. The rooms and hotel were immaculately clean, and it has a beautiful modern touch to it. We loved everything about the hotel and the rooms. Our flight was the next day at 9:25pm. When we told the hotel owner Julian at check-out time that we will stay in the hotel until later, he allowed us to have our rooms until we were ready to leave at 6:30pm with no extra charge. He was so hospitable, so understanding, and super super friendly. Thank you so much Julian and staff - you made our stay so comfortable and so pleasant that despite the disruption we faced with 3 cancelled flights over the course of 2 days, we left Geneva ever so happy after having met all of you, and luckily, chose such a beautiful hotel for our overnight stay. If we ever visit Geneva, we will 100% stay at this hotel.

After a booked the room, I received a message confirming double bed room, but when I checked in I was let to a room with two single beds. It was late and I was tired so I din't make any fuss about it, but it was not what I expected, and during check-in nobody mentioned anything. The breakfast is very limited given that I am a vegan. There was practically nothing to eat for me, some fruits. Last comment: everything is new and clean, BUT using the laminate floors in the bathroom is not a very wise choice, these floors will be a mess in a year.

Newly renovated, very clean rooms with pleasant design features. The staff is very warm and attentive. Parking right in front with lots of space.
