Bathrooms at the lower level had poor drainage. Had to stop water every minute to avoid water from flooding. So clogged drains. Wifi not working...seems there is a constant problem. Outside , on the terrace where we were sitting we saw mice.

Enough space to fit our group. Close to attractions, beautiful premises and beautiful pool. AC in every room although in the room at the entrance the AC was not pushing cold air...so had to leave that door open for fresh air to come. Clean, 4 bathrooms. The main large villa is the owners', that one is there just for the pictures. We were 9 people and there were 3 rooms, each containing a double bed and a single bed. The washing machine is in the main building for everyone to use. It had a dishwasher, although we didn't use it.

Perfect location, warm and welcoming reception, and a sparkling clean pool. The place offers the best of both worlds — the elegance of beautiful architecture and lush gardens, combined with the charm of being close to nature. The garden furniture is perfect for relaxing outdoors, and the kitchen has all the utensils you could possibly need.

Small room that has the feel of an attic with a door leading into the rest of the house obviously bolted up and covered by a false isolation layer

I managed to book it and settle in

    DISAPPOINTING

The shower screen is an accident waiting to happen, it seems to be an atelier style window, not a proper shower screen and is not fixed but wedged with screw fixtures between the ceiling and the floor. The gap to enter the shower is MINUTE, 34cm at it's widest but actually more like 24cm as the towel rail is in the way. No normal person could enter without moving the screen but it doesn't look like you can move it as it's wedged against the floor. Result? I did not shower. My partner did but the door fell in on top of them. Worse: the door seems to be made of thin, normal glass, not safety glass. The studio smells of damp. The bed looks pretty but the linens are synthetic, the mattress is extremely low and too soft. The kitchenette is quite dilapidated and the glasses and cutlery in the cubpoard were grubby - we didn't look any further after that. There is a coffee machine but no pods supplied. The "dressing room" mentioned on the description is not even a wardrobe, but a hanging rail which only takes the length of a shirt - impossible to hang anything longer on there. There was no WIFI the night we stayed and consequently no TV, which is probably not a bad thing as the TV is at too awkward an angle to watch from the bed. Lots of steps without any hand rail so really unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. There is no hot tub, despite this being the selling point of the studio. The battle of the garden has, sadly, been won by the weeds which is such a shame for what could be a beautiful space. Very disappointed.

The location was ideal for what we wanted to do. Studio was clean, fridge and microwave were very clean but the glassware etc. in the cupboards were grubby and not very inviting. Nice bright room. Nice big bath towels.
