The washing machines are a necessity during holidays. They were not in the flat, but in the basement. I would like to wash my clothes in a public space and monitor the time to make sure I’m there when the cycle is over. In addition, you need to pay for this. Taking that these are 5* residences, this should not be such an issue

Single key access made it difficult getting in and out of the property at times as the key is required for electricity in the unit. If someone wants to leave the property while someone else stays it creates a dilemma.

Check in was done via messaging. Staff response was very slow, and limited to. messaging, and only in French. Tried calling the number provided for queries but calls were never picked up. Very disappointing service. Paid for a cleaning fee but had to take out trash and do dishes before we departed or we would be subject to extra fees. This was not mentioned in the property description when we made our booking. Property description indicated that there is a washing machine in the unit but instead it is in the basement and there is 6 euro charge for each use. Machine takes only cash and was not operating correctly during our stay - no refund for any excess payment. We paid an extra 15 euros for laundry and had to hope and wait for someone to drop by with cash the next day, when we were departing. No apologies provided. We had two rooms, one of which smelled of smoke. No response from staff when we mentioned this in our message.

There was no possibility to contact the agency after 6 PM (but before 7 PM). There was information that agency is opened till 7 PM everywhere but next day I got information that the agency is opened till 6 PM. The situation was really urgent because we left our access cards inside the apartament and closed the door. Fortunately the neighbour spoke in English and gad contact to Man respinsible for appartements. Big minus for the agency

Property was extremely well located w a 5 min walk to main town/port. A 4 minute walk to the start of an Oceanside walking path that circles the peninsula and an equally short walk to a local beach. The unit/ building was renovated and had a modern contemporary feel. Everything was updated and felt new! Underground parking was also included!
