Villa Amara was such a lovely, peaceful oasis for us. We especially liked relaxing in the beautiful outdoor area as we enjoyed our wine and charcuterie. Lilly was so kind, gracious, and quick to respond to any questions we had. She also directed us to her favorite places to visit which was so appreciated. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience at Villa Amara and highly recommend it!!

The property was beautiful, well appointed and the location was perfect. When you stay at Villa Amara you are right next to the center of old town but feel like you’re in a little oasis. Also, if you rented a car there’s parking onsite.

Villa Amara is beautiful and centrally located! The suite and facilities were immaculate, you can really tell the host, Lilli, has an attention to detail. Lilli was very easy to communicate with and very gracious with her time, talking with us about our trip and giving excellent recommendations. We were truly sad to leave after our 4 night visit.

Villa Amara is very well located in Aix, just a 5 minute easy walk to the Centre Ville. Our accommodations greatly exceeded our expectations as the Imperiale suite was spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. The grounds are gorgeous and Lilli proved to be an exceptional host, gracious, welcoming and helpful. We felt we made a new friend.

The most amazing experience in Provence! Lilli made us feel at home since we arrived at her amazing property. Top notch experience, the best apartment in Aix, located 2 minutes from Old Town. It was hard to leave, and this place will stay in our hearts due to the quality of the place and Lilli´s warmth.

The location was right in the centre of the city. All within walking distance. The hosts were very welcoming and very helpful. We felt very comfortable in the villa, as if it was our home. Breakfast was great and the attention to detail beyond our expectations.

The most exceptional 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in. Room was huge and exquisite.Grounds are gorgeous, and location is perfect... Within walking distance of everything. The host, Lilli, was warm and gracious, and attended to every need. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. We have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world, and no stay was ever more perfect.

Our suit which was a garden one lacked a bit of privacy as the bedroom does not have a door. That said it was not a major inconvenience.

Love everything about this hotel, it is truly divine! The location, the ambiance, the comfort...hard to name all its fantastic qualities, really superb. It felt being as close to paradise as it gets.
