Sinceramente esperaba que eso contribuyera a que tu estancia fuera agradable, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que, durante el tiempo que estuviste en el hotel, no expresaste ninguna queja o comentario negativo. Al contrario, parecías satisfecho en el momento del check-out. Con respecto al precio, es importante recordar que te alojaste en una suite durante la temporada alta en Lyon, en una época con varios eventos importantes en la ciudad. Eso influye naturalmente en las tarifas, como ocurre en todas las grandes ciudades turísticas. Aun así, hacemos todo lo posible por ofrecer un servicio de calidad dentro de ese contexto.
