The times to speak with somebody were very restricted (8hs to 10hs and 16hs to 18hs). The mattress where a little soft. Pillows a little uncomfortable. Toilette separate from washing hands.

The location, the possibility to arrive at any time. The cleanness. The full equipped kitchen. The bathroom. Having vacuum cleaner in the appartement.

The equipment, furniture and everything is very old in the building. It just really needs to be modernised.in high season it was absolutely ridiculously expensive given the quality of the accommodation and its facilities (completely broken door to the ski deposit! Which has so far not been repaired....

Very close to the main lift,just next door, right in the center.the location is the main advantage.

Better signage for buildings A and B. Old tired decor. Lighting in apartment was very dark. No provision of cleaning products whatsoever eg no sponges, tea towels, washing up Liquid etc. Bed linen and towels at an additional cost. Cleaning can be bit of a hit and miss as need to rely on the previous guests to do a good job of cleaning. But good they do an inspection as part of the check out service.

Very central location next to Jandri lift and ski pass kiosk. And close to centre of town with shops and restaurants. Decent size. Easy to get keys if arrive late. Reception close to property also so if any issues, easy to pop into ask questions.

Reception so overloaded, most of people had to wait outside in rain for couple of hours to collect keys. quality of property was really poor but it was somehow expected after reading the negative reviews. Ski lockers were in like outbuilding that wasn't heated and smelled of urine - outside doors were broken out. Inside one of the lifts had a broken metal panels with sharp edges exposed. In the apartment there was no microwave, uncomfortable bed, everything worn and dirty. The best I left to last. Only after the statement from my credit card arrived, we realised they had charged us twice for the stay and had never returned the deposit (as promised during check out). Total cowboys.

Nice and clean apartments whit mountain view, secure ski lockers from which to the left directly you can get entrance to saloon or to the right in to jandri express lift. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Our apartment was located above the pub ... night - Friday to Saturday (our day of departure) there was a concert. Everything was bouncing to 2.00 ;) If we weren't leaving in the morning, I would probably have had a great time there ;)

Great location!! After leaving the building you have a few steps to the Jandri lift, shops, bakeries, pubs. This is definitely an advantage over newer hotels which location is less favorable.

The cleaning could be done better. Floors dirty under the beds and the sofa, some glasses and some plates were dirty in the kitchen. The toilet did not seem to be properly cleaned on our arrival..thats a pitty. Bad ( no) communication of the accommodation prior to arrival, not responding to any messages.. The ski lockers should be refurbished+ more secured.

The best location possible, the size of the flat was also good size for the family with 2 kids. Well furnished, microwave, oven, dishwasher, nice balcony.
