Lovely room, good facilities and a very nice bathroom, with lovely toiletries. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice bar in the hotel. Very handy for the town centre. All in all a lovely stay.

Exterior was a bit messed up as there was construction next door and in the square. Breakfast was basic but OK.

Easy to find, friendly check in, quiet room with good aircon which was important in summer. Location was central and close to the stations. Newish decor.

It's located very close to the main train stations, for us, this was a huge bonus, but it might not suit everyone.

This hotel was very good value for money. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is a short walk from both Lille Flanders and Lille Europe train stations. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and the bar area of the hotel is perfect for an evening drink. The hotel is very clean and our room, along with the facilities were fantastic.

Slightly annoying WiFi that you have to sign in to each time you return to the hotel. The signing in was trivial on my phone, but it meant that I kept using data when I thought I was on the WiFi .

Convenient for the stations and the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. A nice scheme whereby they offer you a free drink in the bar if you choose not to have your towels changed.

The Internet streaming service kept dropping off for extended periods which was frustrating. It needs to be addressed. The housekeeping staff did not restock the bathroom consumables

Boa Hotel is in a great location located close to the Eurostar and Lille old town. The hotel is clean and simple, a nice hotel for a short stay.

The immediate environs and adjoining buildings are scruffy but don't let that put you off

Lovely small hotel in great location between the stations and the Old Town. The room was stylish, clean and comfortable with great air con and a complimentary mini bar. Roomy bathroom with excellent walk in shower. Really good breakfast. Particularly impressive was the friendly, professional staff team who could not have been more helpful.

Staff in the hotel were excellent. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also the location of the Hotelwas suberb. 10 mins from main Eurostar train terminal and a few mins away from the metro/national rail station (Lille Flandres). Would definitely recommend. They also offer a cool complimentary drinks tokens where if you reframe from needing fresh laundry, each day, you get two free tokens to be used in the bar.

We ticked parking in the filters on booking.com, but there is no onsite parking. It's available through the hotel for €19, but although we emailed, we didn't get the details in time. That said, plenty of parking nearby and we parked for 24hr in the nearby shopping centre for c. €30. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise exceptio al stay. Great little hotel. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had booked under the understanding that there would be parking onsite but when we arrived we were told that all parking spaces were full and that we needed to use public costing us an additional 40 euros.

Very good stop-over on our train jounrney from Italy to England. A bit of a walk from Lille Europe station but manageable and very close to the regional station. Did not have a breakfast - expensive at 18 euros a head - but otherwise very reasonable.

The room was well designed for two adults and a child. We particularly liked the green room scheme as we are happy to minimise changes to sheets/towels etc and it was nice to receive a free drink as a thank you. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
