There is a blue light on the hotel's spa which is opposite the hotel - which lights up the rooms in the hotel all through the night. The hotel should turn this light off as I'm not sure it offers any benefit to anyone, otherwise I suggest guests bring an eye mask. Room wasn't cleaned over the weekend, not too much of an issue but would have been helpful to have more toilet paper etc provided at the start of the stay if that was going to be the case, to save having to ask at reception.

Great location, right near the harbour and lots of local restaurants, yet still generally quiet at night. A few minor issues, but all resolved by the helpful and friendly reception staff. Room was large, and bed comfy. Small fridge and air-con very useful.

You need an access code to the outer doors after 10pm. It was noted on the welcome paper - which we of course forgot to take with us and then and call the 24h hotline - who then gave us the door code without ANY validation 😳 It would be better to install a card reader for the door which works with the room cards!

Nicely located very close to the beaches and the pedestrian zone. The reception was lovely, the rooms were good and we had a large bed (I think it was even 200x200cm). Most importantly during the hot summer day: The Airconditioning was excellent! Two large parking garages are located within a few hundred meters.

we wasted over an hour on arrival with the staff who tried to get the a/c to work. just had to open the window. other than that it's a nice place.

I definitely did not like, the parking. I made a reservation based on the filtering with "Parking". Once at the hotel, I got to know that the hotel had no parking, and they only meant that there are some parking nearby. Which means either parking in the street, which is almost impossible because of lack of free space, or pay 14€ (winter rate) a day at one of the Saint Raphael Public Parking.

Location. The hotel is directly in the center town of Saint Raphael. Restaurants, shops, beach are literally 5 min walk from the hotel.

Superb staff. So friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting Saint Maxime or Saint Tropez. Saint Raphael has so much to offer, beach, restaurants, all of which are within walking distance.

The wellness area as a part of the hotel name is ridiculously expensive. € 45 per Person and hour is simply not acceptable. There are famous and many times bigger thermal resorts, e.g in Austria, with a similar fee, but for the entire day..

The location is top, the staff is nice and helpful and the breakfast is ok.

No parking, we had to go to paid garage which makes the stay more expensive. We had room under the roof so we had to have shadows down all the time (and dark in the room) or overheated room. The elevator is extremely slow :) The spa part is little bit overpriced, I would expect some better prices for guests.

Good location. Room was spacious and clean. We were allowed to have dog in the room (for extra charge). Receptionists are very nice and welcoming, so are the cleaning ladies.
