Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumWe asked for a baby bed which was installed without the mattress (just the chassis). When we asked them to bring the mattress and a coverture for our son, they said it was policy of accor group NOT to put mattress. Instead we were told to fold 2 or 3 covertures to make our own mattress for the baby. We were told that a baby suffered sofocation with the mattress and the new policy was now like this. I fail to understand how the new policy is safer than a normal mattress. When we asked for the covertures to make our own mattress they told us that they could not provide them! Finally the staff realised how the situation was ridiculous and brought us both a mattress and a coverture. They also said that the families in their hotel do not ask for mattress for the babies and simply let the kids sleep over the chassis.

The breakfast was excellent. We appreciated being given a ground floor room for easy access for my disabled husband. The restaurant was also very welcoming although because of allergies, staff found it difficult to recommend something we could both eat. Chef did us proud however. Thank you.

ALL staff are lovely and welcoming. A great stop over when travelling with our four dogs. Easy parking and space to exercise dogs. Very important! Very clean. Spacious rooms with separate toilet and shower.

SpainWe never like the separate toilet with no hand wash basin in it but that’s the norm in France. I’ve already mentioned the NOT gluten-free “gluten-free muesli”.
The restaurant was very good, food and wine excellent at dinner, efficient and pleasant staff. Breakfast also good until I realised the “gluten-free muesli” wasn’t! I was blowing my nose with runny eyes all day! They need to take allergies seriously. We could have our dog in our room but not in the restaurant. WiFi good. EV chargers worked.

Lovely staff from reception to restaurant. Nothing too much trouble. Convenient stop off, near autoroute. Free, easy parking. Good restaurant on site. And bar! Room service available! Breakfast fantastic. Good hot shower. Bed huge and comfortable. Great for staying with our FOUR dogs. Reasonable charge. Nice grassed areas with small woods.

United KingdomOur room was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. Well situated by the motorway, with excellent private parking, which suited our needs. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and overall found the hotel reasonable value for an overnight stay. It would be much nicer to be there in the summer, as they have a nice terrace and outdoor swimming pool, but sadly we were travelling out of season and the pool was shut.

I was really happy with this hotel. We are always seeking out dog friendly hotels in France and this one was really accommodating. The bedroom was a good size clean and comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful. Location was easy to find and close to the motorway on our route to Spain.
