the bathroom didn’t have ventilation and you had to buy soap, plastic bin , dish soap and sponge yourself but anyhow I recommend this place

It wasn't clean at all. Verry dusty wich coused us allergie problems. The balcony was dirty with sigarets and an empty beerbox

Friendly personel. The bar downstairs. Big room with enough place for 2 persons. In 2 minutes you are on the piste.

Room was tired in need of decoration. Fridge was noisy and next to the bed. Bathroom was tired in need of refit, shower hose leaked.

Apartment wasn't thoroughly cleaned - we found random socks etc. The crockery and glasses looked like they had been through the dishwasher with no tablet and all needed washing before use. Minimal supplies of toilet roll, no dishwasher tablet, etc which are very cheap. Perhaps the previous guests would have left the apartment in a better condition if these had been left for them. No bath mat, the shower fixture positioning makes it difficult not to wet the floor. The bath feels as if it will crack as it doesn't seem substantial to use a s a shower. Only 1 light bulb working in the main room. No Wi-Fi in the apartment and unreliable in the bar. Mixed satisfaction with the meals we had one night in the restaurant, although service was speedy, polite and this was convenient. We should have tried the takeaway pizzas. Ski locker only just fits 4 pairs of skis and poles in it. A couple of chairs on the balcony would be helpful. Towels are charged for and we had to put our own sheets on the bunk bed.

Very friendly staff, all information given before arrival accurate. Lovely atmosphere in the bar. The bunk bed was long enough for an adult. King size bed was comfortable and blackout curtains appreciated. Very convenient location handy for ski hire, supermarket, slopes, bars and restaurants. Plenty of space for 4 adults to stay.

Dated decor/furniture & missing some essential kitchen items (no corkscrew or kettle!) but I had read previous reviews so knew we had to bring tea towel, wash cloths, bath mat & our own towels. Unfortunately our bedroom had a leak from the flat above but the staff were very helpful & responsive & did offer to move us to a different apartment but we chose to stay as leak resolved & alternative apartment was too small for our needs.

Location was excellent for getting to slopes at start of day, it was also very quiet even though we were on the 1st floor which I was greatly relieved about as other friends staying up near the Tufts lift had a lot of noise every night. The flat we had was a good size & although the decor & furniture was a bit dated it was still functional & served us well for our needs.

Chalet Alpina was in a great location & the staff were super friendly. It could have been a little cleaner & a bit of maintenance wouldn’t go a miss. Although it was an end of season trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our apartment was in a building adjacent to the main Chalet Alpina building. The communal areas of the building were dilapidated, dirty and not looked after. The ski locker room had a crumbling concrete floor and walls, corridors and lift had rubbish on the floor and the sheet ice leading up to the door was not cleared

Check in from 4 meant some waiting around, layout of flat wasn't great, only 3 seats for a flat for up to 5 people (resolved), not enough kitchenware (resolved), small room with bunk beds lacked a bit of air!

Minimalist equipment, many lights did not work, the GSM/4g/5g network does not work well in the apartment. But the managers are very friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent for skiing, shopping, and going out

We were group of 4 adults, we got skiroom that can fit one snowboard. Staff provided us solution but only after we insisted. Rooms had no WiFi at all.

The shower had no curtain and there was only one roll of toilet paper given which nearly caught me out.

Perfect location, it could hardly be better. Close to the slopes, shops and bars.
