Fantastic hotel, with great staff and facilities. The room was great, with a superb bed and pillows. The bathroom was excellent with a superb jacuzzi bath.

The spa is a little limited though beautiful and clean. No exercise room. But maybe people jog instead. Know where to dry swimsuit.

Brilliant location. Great friendly staff. Housekeeping was excellent, plenty of towels and replaced used damp each day after using spa. Rooms and public areas were very clean and comfortable. We used the bar for a nightcap every evening, and the staff were great. Our friends had a lower room and did experience noise from a club near by on one night. Our room temperature was comfortable and we could easily adjust it.

You had to pay extra for the pool + parking + city tax made the price far more than expected. The bedrooms were also not that clean.

Both our rooms are a bit tired and need freshening up. Rooms are a bit basic and for the price and 4 star rating. I would expect a bit more luxury, as there is no view out of the windows. A coffee machine, a small fridge, free fruit etc etc

Coffee pod machine in room. A small gym area with a few treadmills. More yoga classes. Coffee in bar wasn’t great.

Nuxe products / clean comfy beds / lovely staff very dog friendly, easy parking, nice spa area though photos v deceiving re size. All in all a very nice stay I’ve left a good review on TripAdvisor 😬

The hotel is very old and the quality definitely does not match the price of the stay. It should have been renovated in 19th century… The “luxurious” spa that is said to cost 10€ per person to access the spa (you actually pay 12€) is underwhelming. It only offers a small steam room, a small sauna and a medium sized pool. It is very hard to get an appointment to any of the treatments, and the staff does not speak English in the spa, except for 1 person. Also, the spa staff is barely present at the front desk, so if you need extra towels - prepare to get them from the room. The parking needs to be booked for additional price in advance - which was not stated on booking, so it was an unpleasant surprise for my family. Luckily, there is another paid parking across the street.

The location of the hotel is really nice - close to the beach and downtown. The hotel restaurant offers delicious food.

Couldn't work out the closing time of the bar. One receptionist said " when everyone has gone" but they turned away people trying to come in around 10.30pm while a few of us were still in there, leaving the place quite atmosphereless.
