The view from the window was to the centre of the property, so somewhat restricted. It would have been better to have a room on the front of the property.

The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was very good.

Windows in the room: one facing the corridor and one a back wall and roof; the room was quite dark during the day and the 2nd window didn’t have a curtain so it was not dark enough in the early morning. Breakfast was ok but could be better (eggs, fruit salad).

Clean and good condition room and bathroom; nice staff. Having a kettle in the room and some herbal tea! Location was great.

Bathroom was very small, had I been visiting with my husband he would not have been able to use the facilities comfortably.

Clean room in a very central location of Paris. Staff friendly and helpful. Free water machine was a definite plus.

The rooms are very noisy, can hear all the plumbing from upstairs bathrooms and there is limited insulation from outside noise. Need more variety of pillows.

No fridge in room. Could've used more storage, but totally understand given the size of room, they tried. I only had carry on, would've struggled to get full sized luggage open without covering the bed. I could hear every sneeze, cough, ALARM CLOCKS going off at 5am. The doors slam and echo throughout the hallways. Elevator is loud if you adjoin it. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Reception was friendly and kind. Great location, (2nd adrmts) super close to the louvre and walking/biking to notredame, sacre cour, eiffel tower, arc de triumph etc. 2 blocks from Seine river, great food options and super accessible by metro. The builiding was nice. I was originally on the 6th floor, which had no elevator access ( but the 5th did) and the room felt unfinished, over looked the courtyard which wasn't much to look at. I spoke up on day 3, got moved to the front of the 5th floor. My view was much better. The room was much nicer and modern, felt more finished than the 6th. The breakfast was good, but exactly the same options everyday. Luckily I love meat and cheese and bread for breakfast. Appreciated the dairy free milk and yogurts, despite me indulging in the camembert and Swiss everyday! Would recommend.

The focus of this trip was the Louvre. This hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the "back" entrance. Location is excellent. Will stay here again!!

Location was key, walking easily to louvre, musee d'orsay, xmas markets etc. The staff are excellent, my bag didn't make it with me and they helped me get delivery of it.

The location is exceptional , so close to the Louvre and the Isle de Cité. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean , the staff helpful and the breakfast good without being exotic . We had an excellent stay Patrick Whitworth
