The solution to get a card for a close by parking garage was brilliant. That you have to bring the little plastic thingy back after leaving the garage (navigating all the one-ways to get back to the hotel) was bad!

Being close to the good life in Reims was key to a successful stay. Most things are within walking distance and the car is safely parked in an underground parking. Perfect in so many ways.

Outdated rooms, cleaning could be better. Beds are small, most double beds these days are 160cm wide but our room had a 140cm bed. Wi-Fi was extremely slow.

The hotel is a little "aged".

The location of the hotel is very good, being in the city center, close to the Nôtre - Dame cathedral. I find the terrace-bar to be a plus for the hotel.

The carpets were a bit shabby, and the room smelt a bit stale, as if someone had been smoking in there, but when it cooled down we opened the windows, so that improved the situation.

It was a very good location within walking distance to the cathedral, and we were able to prebook parking nearby which was very handy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. We didn’t have the breakfast option.

The hotel looks quite dated, the key card was also quite difficult to use at first.

Location was great: this hotel was very short walk from the railway station, also short walk from the center, the shops, the cathedral. It was cheap but definitely had everything we needed. The staff was really friendly and check in was quick and easy. Decor was quite old and dated but the bathroom was modern.

I expected a better condition of the bathtub and other type of material for the glasses provided (more resistant for water).

Very friendly staff, well located near the city center in a quiet area with super nice restaurants and wine bars around. The market is 5 min walk. Also, only 10min to the train station and to Taittinger property 'Ancien Hotel des Comtes de Champagne. I did not have breakfast. Super nice having a bottle of water after a long journey.

The room was a bit basic and Spartan. No major complaints but the hotel did look a bit tired.

Pleasant staff who were helpful. They did have a lift, which I wasn't expecting. Parking was not on site, but within walking distance. Air conditioning in the room was great. Location to the City Centre was excellent.

The room was small, on the fourth floor, under the roof. The air conditioner made a lot of noise but produced no cold air. So, the room was like an oven. The lift was broken and there were only two towels provided for three people. Complained about the air conditioning and asked for a partial refund. Tge woman at reception said she would tell her manager. I have heard nothing. Don't use this hotel!

The only room they had was located on the top floor (4th) and the air conditioning was not working. The staff person did not appear to care that the air conditioning was not working and did not even attempt to go to the room to see if there was something he could do. It was a horrible night of sleep (non-sleep).

The only good thing was that the hotel was walking distance to the city center.
