Can’t think of one thing that was a disappointment

Lovely hotel perfectly located to spend a few nights visiting Strasbourg and its surroundings. Only a 2-minute walk to the Petite-France area and just 10 minutes to the Cathedral and main train station. The staff were friendly and very helpful and we particularly thank the housekeeping team, our room was spotless each day of our stay. Highly recommended and would stay again!

At 20€ per person, selection at breakfast could be larger to ensure a better rapport qualité prix.

I really liked the professionalism of the staff. My room was spacious enough, and I enjoyed having both a safe and small refrigerator in the room. There was also a bath tub with separate shower facilities which were very convenient. I also enjoyed being so close to both the train station and major attractions of the city.

I was assigned to a “club room” which directly looked out onto the rooftop wine bar where guests could come up to relax with their drinks. I didn’t have enough privacy, having to close the blinds if people were sitting outside. Also, my room (#803) was located right on the stairway leading upstairs from me or downstairs to the lobby, so I could often hear guests walking up or down the stairs. However, I was very satisfied with all the room facilities, so my three-night stay was very satisfactory.

The property is a short walk to lots of sights and great restaurants! In particular I recommend the Tibetan place a short walk away. The staff were extremely helpful, especially since I have mobility issues.

The original room we were given did not match to the category we had booked, but the staff quickly corrected that and we got a great room.

The room was efficient. Bit small though, but perfect for one or two nights! Good aircondition and all well functioning. And quite rooms. Will come back again.

Beautifully maintained hotel in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and experience. The breakfast was excellent! The staff was both friendly and helpful. An overall great Stay!
