There was fleas in the house. Get rid of the fleas before renting out the space. Your house has bugs.

    Disaster
    • Business trip
    • Solo traveller
    • One-Bedroom Apartment
    • Stayed 3 nights

Our stay was a disaster from the moment we arrived. The apartment had no electricity due to unresolved bills or an inactive contract with the supplier—an issue the host should have ensured was resolved before our arrival. What makes this even more unacceptable is that a previous guest had already flagged the problem (see Consuelo’s review above). This demonstrates clear negligence on the host’s part, as the issue could—and should—have been addressed prior to our stay. At the very least, we should have been informed in advance and offered a refund. The so-called "solution" was a last-minute relocation to a cramped hotel room, barely a third the size of the apartment we had booked, with no kitchen or dining area—fundamental amenities we specifically paid for. Communication with the host was frustratingly difficult, and the entire situation left us feeling as though this was their plan all along—you pay for an apartment, but end up with a hotel room instead. Faced with unacceptable conditions, we were forced to secure alternative accommodation at our own expense, resulting in unnecessary costs and disruption to our holiday. The apartment has been renovated with cheap materials that are already deteriorating. It is likely that in the near future, the condition of the flat will no longer match the photos in the listing. Future guests should not expect the polished presentation seen online. The single glazed timber windows provide little insulation from street noise and the first-floor location only worsens the issue. The building’s entrance and stairway are visibly neglected and outdated. The motion-activated lights frequently fail, creating a serious trip hazard. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. The host's failure to resolve known problems, combined with the misleading listing and poor communication, makes this a property to avoid at all costs.

    Nothing to not like

Excellent central location to the city and transport hubs. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.
