It’s a beautiful nice ,The host is super!!. She takes care of us and gives us recommendations for interesting places. If we need help, she will respond quickly. apartment fully equipped Two supermarkets are just around the corner 800 meters walk . The tram stop is just across the apartment. We really appreciated the Private parking space !

From the moment I walked into The Kooch House, I was blown away by its charm and attention to detail. The space radiates warmth and tranquility, combining modern amenities with rustic touches that made it feel like a true escape. The kitchen, with its sleek design and fully stocked appliances, was not only functional but a delight to spend time in—perfect for cooking meals and enjoying a cozy night in. One of the standout features was the clever use of space, like the charming wooden staircase leading to the loft area. It added a sense of adventure and uniqueness to the home, making the stay all the more memorable. The decor was impeccable, with beautiful artwork that felt thoughtfully chosen and plants that gave the space a fresh, vibrant feel. Natural light streamed into every corner of the house, making each room feel open and inviting, yet still cozy. Every part of the property, from the comfy seating to the well-appointed bedrooms, was designed to make guests feel at home. I can honestly say that I felt pampered by the sheer comfort and style of the place, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure that the stay was seamless and enjoyable. The Kooch House is the perfect blend of elegance and comfort—an ideal home away from home.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t enjoy about my stay! Everything was thoughtfully prepared and in excellent condition. I wish I could stay longer…

We loved the place. Not only perfectly located for our needs, with a parking space in front of the house and also at the back, but with a beautiful garden, too. The apartment is cozy and very comfortable, with a lot of amenities you will probably not use at all, but they are there for you! It has this personal touch, a soul, which makes it truly exceptional. Great ideas of adopting the historical space towards modern needs were implemented and I guarantee you'd feel like home here from the moment you enter the doors. And the hosts... extremely friendly and helpful, providing all necessary help, instructions and tips for moving around the cities. We felt like we were really belonging to the family from the very start! 😊 There are lots of shops, groceries, bakeries etc. around, and there is a great bike infrastructure waiting for you to reach those places (if you have the bikes, like us). Within 5-10 minutes you can have the cities at your fingertips! You can of course safely keep your bikes at the back, with a locked access from the street. We will definitely visit the place again, especially that it is so close to our beloved Ankama game company, which we will be visiting from time to time. I honestly loved this place. And I'm sure you'll love it, too! ☺️

The apartment is very cozy and clean. Love the colors and decorations. It's a quite old building but very quite during the night. The owner is very helpful, gives all the details and the checkin is very smooth because of that.

The bathroom and toilet is a bit small but understandable as it's a very old building.

Lovely, comfy and well equipped apartment close to the metro station. Brilliant price/quality ratio. 🔝The host is really kind and helpful. 💚
