Hot bedrooms. Food at the restaurant wasn’t high quality. Everything was expensive, which we assume is because of location!

I called reception in the first night for a hairdryer diffuser. I was told facilities would attend my room. No one came and I didnt receive e a call back from reception to update me. I was so disappointed with the service.

I would have liked a bit more room service during our stay, including removing any wet/old towels from the room.

The room was small for the price - coffee machine didnt work and the pull out bed was v v noisy/creaky when the child turned over at night

Nothing really although it’s a 15-20 minute walk into town.

The location on the beach is fantastic There are good options for eating and drinking. The seafood buffet on Friday is amazing.

We had a lovely sea view room but had 4 long corridors to walk down to get there. Water now provided throughout the hotel and each guest is given a refillable container. A welcome bottle of non alcoholic fiz was in the room but not chilled. Breakfast was busy and a great continental choice. Lovely bar to sit outside and have a drink overlooking the beach.

More cereal choice and plant based milk please. Also they ran out of bananas and it wasn't near the end of breakfast time!! Would have expected parking to be free at a ,4,star hotel.

Spacious room and well equipped Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Friendly staff and efficient service.

The room was small, for the price we paid I had bigger expectations. Also, the water in pool was not so warm.

We took executive room, and though it was not big, the bathroom was spatious and luxurious. The view of the see was superb. Parking is easy, breakfast very good. Only 10 min walk to city centre. Lovely beach.

For a family room for four - the room wasn’t super spacious but still comfortable and big enough.

Beautiful pool, beautiful beach. The most accessible beach - you can get to the beach from the hotel without going down any steps.

They did not give us any mugs (only glasses and plastic cups) for hot drinks despite having a kettle and coffee machine in the room. When we asked for these they refused to give us any due to ‘ecological’ reasons, which was confusing. The pool was closed during our stay but they allowed us to use the spa facilities instead which was lovely.

A beautiful location with great view of sea and balcony. Hotel is nice and modern with good facilities and sun loungers on a private area of the beach.

It gives a sense of a budget hotel

It's joined to the Ibis hotel, all facilties are therefore shared e.g pool. My room did not have a balcony, just a window, I could have upgraded but I was already paying 850 € for two nights and an additional 60 € per night seemed a little excessive. Ate in their restaurant, it was ok but not the best.

Location was the best, the beach location is amazing and dog friendly. It certainly caters for wellness in handfulls.
