CanadaUnfortunately the jacuzzi in the main spa was cool/room temperature, and the internet was too slow to actually use any of the streaming platforms on the smart TV, so we needed to use our own phone's hot spot. Otherwise everything was great :).
Amazing new apartment on the edge of Vaujany, only a short walk to the main lifts that connect into the rest of Alp d'Huez. We loved the views from the balcony, the modern furnishings, and the pastry/fresh bread delivery service where we could pick up from reception each morning.

United KingdomThe sauna and steam room weren’t hot enough. Fees for dog staying I felt were too expensive for a 4week stay bearing in mind the cleaners do not come into the apartment at all (unless you pay an additional fee for that)- also I think if you are staying longer than 2 weeks a clean and fresh linen should be provided.

FranceIt was a bit of a pain to have a waitlist for the spa, we could only use it twice, and the dry sauna was out of order. The parking place was also very tight which made it quite stressful to get in and out.
It was clean, tidy and well looked after. Great service and support from the staff

JerseyFor a 6 person sleeping apartment the single bathroom and separate WC is not Ideal, fortunately we did not have 6 in it. The bunk bedroom is a little tight for space but the beds were really comfortable.
The apartment was an excellent size for a place so close to the lifts. Lovely large Balcony accessed by the lounge and main bedroom. Some underground parking or a space outside the buildings made access easy. Use of the spa in the main building for that extra bit of luxury

High Quality apartment with everything you could need. Lovely big balcony with view of the mountains. Staff were super helpful. Spa with sauna, hamman and Jacuzzi is great.

United KingdomIt says it is soundproof, but we could clearly hear the people in the upstairs apartment chatting in the evening when we had gone to bed. NB they were not being noisy (no music) and it wasn't late (never later than 10.45pm) but nevertheless we could hear them clearly which impacted our sleep. Although not far from the lifts, we chose to hire a ski locker much closer to avoid lugging skis up and down every day. The kettle is a dangerous pour!
Clean, very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped in an excellent location. There is a ski locker (which we ended up not using). The balconies were lovely for sitting out in the sunshine and for airing sweaty clothes! The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I slept on the sofa bed a couple of nights, and it was a) HUGE, b) incredibly simple to pull out and fold away and c) extremely comfortable.

NetherlandsParking facilities are very poor. There is a modern underground parking but it's not constructed according to any standards that I know. Parking our normal car into one of the assigned placed was simply impossible, even though I think I know how to squeeze into narrow parkings.
The room is very decent for a family of four. Clean, kitchen equipment in order. Very nice and large terrace. Ordering croissants at the reception for the next morning is very helpfull.

United KingdomSo, it’s ok, BUT… The spa is in one of the buildings but not the building we were staying in. You have to walk outside to get to it, and they don’t provide a robe or tell you to bring one. It’s quite a walk up to the ski lift, and a long walk to the supermarket. The resort was far too busy (half term week) and there’s not enough lift capacity and we queued and queued and queued. The flat had two bedrooms but they said it would sleep 6 people. We had 6, and it was a bit too small for that.
The flat was fairly nice inside. Beds were comfortable.

IcelandThe lights in the kitchen didn’t work and were not fixed during our week. This exposes the weakness of the Terresens model: the owner of the apartment had been informed but the employees are not authorized to take any action. They did their best and lent us a floor lamp which didn’t solve the issue, it was still too dark. TV didn’t have any channels that worked. The wifi was very poor and streaming of music in hifi quality was not possible.
Clean and uncluttered. Nice and modern design. Good beds. Nice spa facility. Employees very welcoming and service oriented.
