Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Beautifully appointed hotel in the sublime Abondance Valley. The room was the key to my enjoyment: in a word, superb. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was first rate and dinner – a gargantuan beef rib grilled in front of us on an open fire, magnificent.

HungaryThe opening hours of the jacuzzi and the spa were quite limited (they open at 11am) - we had to pay for the late checkout to actually have a chance to enjoy those facilities.
The rooftop jacuzzi was great, the views were amazing.

United KingdomThe bike storage room was flooded so bikes had to stay on the car. Pretty minor issue. The room in a loft was very loud in a severe storm, and sound on velux of mild rain was annoying too but quite a minor point.

We have just arrived home from our trip to terra beka, on arrival we were greeted and shown around the property and all the amentities avaliable. we had a standard room everything is new and fresh. Shower is powerful, fridge in room with tea/coffee making facilities. Room was always warm, great decor. The owners and staff could not do enough for us. Very attentive and the hotel lift to and from the ski lifts, made our stay stress free. The jacuzzi and sauna is a real treat after a day on the slopes. Great spot between the different ski lifts leading to portes du Soleil. Food in the restaurant cooked in front of you on a open rottisery. Would highly recommend.

BelgiumOur family room was a bit small… but manageable … There was a lot of noise from the road in front of the hotel… felt more like next to a highway than in the mountains… hence couldn’t open te window to enjoy fresh mountain air and the sound of the river… which would have been great as the room was pretty warm…
