Big rooms, very helpful stuff. Good location if you want to be within walking distance to the station. There is a small kitchen with a refrigerator although i didn't use I appreciate the independence. Amazing view too

The location is in a quiet neighbourhood but a bit far from the city centre.

The flat is big with two separate rooms. There’s a dining table and simple kitchenette equipments, easy to make your own meal. No air con, but it was ok at night.

The water heater in the bathroom needs a soft protection to avoid users knocking their heads. No television channel in the English language. Too much street noise during the night when sleeping in the front rooms.

We had no hot water in our room, but as we arrived in a heatwave of 40°C, a cold shower was acceptable. The corridors are painted dark grey, which is not at all welcoming. There was no air-conditioning, although fans were provided.

The hotel is handy for the station, 10 minutes on foot. Our plane was late but we had the door code and access instructions for the key which were easy to follow. The breakfast was better than expected and modestly priced (10 euros). There are plenty of restaurants nearby (we recommend Le Furtado).

The neighborhood nearby the train station is not really nice (as someone can expected), especially during the night. It's pretty isolated and sketchy once local places closed, but I didn't have any problem. There should be an hairdryer in the room, it would be useful, and it would be nice to have at least a bottle of water in the fridge for when the guest arrives.

The location is good (20 minutes by foot to the city center). Staff available and kind. Grabbing the keys outside the check-in hours was very quick and easy.

No AC

Very spacious room, very comfortable bed. No AC in the room but there is a fan so it helped to cool down. Good location by Gare St Jean, everything is easy to access and lots of food places close by.

After we checked out we were unexpectedly charged €2.5, I’m not sure if it is a city tax or not but it would’ve been nice to understand what that charge was for

Sometimes there was a smell in the bathroom, but it seems to be normals for older building like that. Didn’t bother me much

My stay at Teneo was great. The apartment had everything that we needed, including kitchenware for cooking etc. I stayed at the unit with 1 double and 1 single bed and it had plenty of space. The WiFi was really good, even for videocalls. The place is close to a supermarket, the railway station (but not too close to the point that it gets unpleasant), to the center of the city (about 20 min walk). I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bordeaux!

Great facilities, double bed and single bed in the living room. Kitchen facilities in the room, sink, fridge and kettle. There is no aircon but we knew that, I received an an email telling me, the room was warm and the was heating off. Everything else was perfect
