There were so many mosquitoes!! The accommodations are located in the older part of town, and there is no air conditioning. It was a very warm night and we couldn't open the windows because of the mosquitoes... Frustrating.

Travelling often does not have set times. Our arrival time changed considerably, and our host was very accommodating. Access to keys, the WiFi password, and other information regarding our stay was provided to us prior to our arrival. There was a cleaning kit available. I loved this!! Thank-you!

The local car park which was recommended was not the price they quoted but instead €22 for 24hrs, we were not paying that price so moved the car 22 minutes walk away so we received free parking. The room and bathroom was very basic. The bathroom ceiling paint was falling off and damp marks on the ceiling. They had a kettle but only expresso glasses no mugs or cups for tea or coffee. A poor family couldn’t check in due to the reception being closed early! No aircon so had to rely on the window being open for fresh air. The noise outside was frustrating, party going on till the early hours opposite and they the banging of the bins first thing in the morning!

The location was perfect, right in the centre of town, great location.

We visited during “fete de Bayonne” so it was insanely busy and noisy outside! Not the fault of the property, but good to keep in mind if visiting during this week - be prepared to have noise all night and a gross street outside. But if you’re there to party then it’s perfect. We had to leave a deposit of €400 which was a surprise to us, but understand why they want it during the Fete de Bayonne week…

The location is extremely central. The rooms were basic but comfortable. The guy who helped us at the desk was very friendly and helpful.

My big complaint is the noise. It's a big city so lots of partying. Not the hotels fault at all but he big trash and recycling bins are right out front. So all night people are shattering glass. Then first thing in the morning (6-7am)the city was cleaning up from the partying. So bring earplugs!

In the heart of Bayonne. Very easy to walk everywhere. Staff was very kind. Room was good sized and comfortable. Really appreciated the fan.

The apartments are very central and adjacent to a busy street that could be a little noisy at night. However the windows are double glazed which minimises the issue.

A great central location close to restaurants and cafes and the historic sights of Bayonne. The apartment was comfortable and furnished to a high spec with elevator access. There is a recycling point directly outside for rubbish.

The fridge was really near the bed and very noisy. The kitchinette was very basically equipped and the blinds were very difficult to adjust, being between two layers of windows. The bathroom ceiling was mouldy.

Bit of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and a bedroom door that didnt open very well but these were minor inconveniences for the price.

The system for getting your keys is frustrating. If you do not have access to a phone during a small window of time on the day of arrival you may not get in. The staff were able to make it work but I spent a few hours working on it and worrying before getting the key code.

Even if it is stated that a 200€ will be charge prior to obtaining the codes (via phone call) I had the problem of phoning the property from Spain. In the end, I asked a relative to make this call for me. At night, we heard party noises from the street, and also machines cleaning the street in the morning. Even if it is not too noisy, the fridge makes some noise during the night.

The hotel is just in the middle of the city centre, which is absolutely fantastic. It is a duplex with 2 single beds downstairs and one single bed upstairs next to the kitchen. Toilet was big and the shower was very good. In the kitchen we could find all necessary to cook. The heating was working absolutely fantastic, which was very nice, becase we got wet and it was cold outside.

Poor communications, lucky that staff were available when I arrived because noone had responded to my emails which I sent in accordance with their instructions. Staff were not friendly and made me wait to get in.

All the night clubs and bars are also located around this apartment, so Saturday night was extremely noisy, although there are three layer windows, all closed. The ventilation of the apartment doesn't work very well. The smoke from other apartments as their cooking smell came into the apartment via the ventilation of the bathroom. The corners weren't very well cleaned, but the rest was fine.

Good location because really in the center of the city. The bed is quite comfortable.

It gets very hot and stuffy and is difficult to cool down the room as they only provide a tiny standing fan on the table.

This was in a great location, at the end of the street is a couple of resturants and the river. There was also an elevator up to the room.
