if you want store your big luggages before checking in or after checking out. it gonna be quite complicated. because the place you can temporarily store luggages is far from the apartment.

None of the bedrooms are private, all connected by stairs and no doors so light is a problem. Lounge area is not big enough for 6 guests. Some trouble with the electrics and not enough toilet paper left for guests.

Fantastic location opposite Sacre Coeur close to metro stations and loads of restaurants. Small but well set up. Bathroom was amazing. Great security.

The digital keys were a nightmare, took forever to figure out how to lock the door and our neighbors were having the same difficulty. Really poor system and only provided the door code after I contacted customer service. Then on check out my key was expired so we couldn’t lock the door. The only mirrors are on the third floor. Not even a little vanity mirror in the downstairs bathroom. My requests for early check in and/or late check out were ‘unable to be accommodated’ despite a message sent to me saying ‘good news you can extend your stay’ so clearly nobody was checking in after we checked out, and they don’t accommodate any requests period ever for any circumstance. At least offer it to me for an extra charge. The only luggage storage option is in the city center and when I asked about leaving our luggage in or near the apartment for a few hours , shock horror the answer was no. Not even with the apartment sitting empty the rest of the day, or even a discount on a luggage storage company. It was a really nice place and great location but these tiny and easy details left a bad taste in my mouth and leave the whole apartment feeling overpriced.

Great location, close to some of the cities main attractions, and lively night spots without any disruption in the early hours. If i visited the city again i would 100% consider staying here again for the right price.

Digital technology, TV not plugged in ( never used it too complicated), . Couldn't lock our front door as only had codes no keys. 5 hrs to get a key. Nice guy came out very polite and professional. Plumbing issue which was quickly resolved by management. Needed some oven equipment. Very open plan stairs noisy if anyone is trying to sleep. Due to arriving from.Australia hence a very long haul flight, we had no WiFi once leaving airport and couldn't contact anyone . All we had was codes sent to us 15mins before arrival time. It would have been much less stressful if we had received these codes earlier. Then our front door was unlocked on arrival.

We did find the open plan very cold and as there were two families it was hard to have privacy to change etc and we could not locate cooking utensils such as egg flip in the kitchen.

We really loved the location and security of the property and it was very clean.

There was no information pack for the appliances - the heating system was not obvious how to use, and so we were cold on the first night. TV didn't work - quick response from host when we contacted, but not resolved. Didn't affect our stay but may be an issue to others.

Excellent location. Lovely neighbourhood, close to metros, buses and only 10 mins walk from Gare du Nord. Felt very safe and secure - I note previous comments about problems with 4 gates/doors to access but i think this was well explained, easy to use and felt safe. Modern and spacious apartment. Great shower. Important to note the '2 bedrooms' are open plan spaces, open to the lounge and stairs. You have to walk through one bedroom to access the other, and the main bathroom is in the main bedroom. May not be ok for some visitors.

There are three floors and the whole is an open space. There is quite some echo coming from the lowest floor as well. It was not an issue for us, however I would not recommend for a group of friends for example.

Clean, quiet, spacious and very well equipped. Right in front of the Sacre Coeur! If we return to Paris, we will likely book that place again.

Having to pay cleaning fee and deposit upon arrival to Paris wasn't really expected (but I guessed I didn't read the fine line). I wouldn't have mind paying it in advance because once I leave USA and use my credit card in a foreign country, the credit card may get declined. I don't always have wifi on my phone to get the entry codes.. There has to be a more efficient way of getting the access codes then 15 minutes before arrival. Having 4 gate and door codes are little excessive and quite the hassle. Baggage storage location was not a convenient location, it was 30 minutes away from the apartment. Other options should have been provided on baggage storage near the apartment.

The only issue we had with the appartment is that there are obviously no doors between rooms (since they are on different floors) so there is no way to block sounds from other rooms. E.g. if someone if making coffee early in the morning on the machine in the kitchen, it can wake up people sleeping upstairs because the sound travels freely. But it's still a very nice accommodation.

The apartment is nice, modern and clean and looks just like the photos. There are 3 floors (kitchen in the basement, living room with a little terrace on ground floor and bedroom with bathroom on 1st floor). The living room has a pull-out couch where 2 people can sleep. The apartment is located right under the funicular that goes to Montmartre, with many cafes and shops nearby. The neighbourhood is very lovely and seems safe. The apartment is in the courtyard so there is no noise from the street or anywhere else. We had no issues with the digital keys, everything worked as expected and the hosts were easily accessible via Whatsapp. All in all a very good stay.

Maybe an extra blanket for those who sleep downstairs would be nice in wintertime.

Awesome location at the foot of Sacre Coeur. Lovely apartment, nice lay out and well decorated. Just right for 6-8 people. Beds were comfortable and so was the pull out sofa in the living room. There's a little patio in the back with 2 chairs to enjoy a morning cup of coffee (some cups for the coffee machine were provided). If you're there in wintertime, note that the 2 upstairs rooms have an open connection to the downstairs floor and the heat rises. It can be chilly downstairs with the tile floor. Location is secluded and quiet, no street noise. It's a short walk from metro stations. The Funicular to Sacre Coeur is right in front of the gate when you step out on the street. This would be my pick again next time in Paris.

There were no cooking essentials (salt, oil etc) and no shampoo/conditioner. No warm water coming from sink in top bathroom.

The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and had almost everything you needed. Bath! Air conditioning was great, allowed to adjust the temperature. Location is amazing!

It's in a great location, a stone's throw from the Sacre Coeur. We walked up to the basilica and Montmartre every day. Easily accessible by subway.

The sofa bed was not up to the standards for someone to sleep We spend 4 nights at the flat. The one sleeping on the couch did not enjoy the cracking and the sores from sleeping there You need 3 different codes to enter the apartment. That made things a bit complicated

Bathroom sink blocked but attended to. No natural light in kitchen/dining. Dangerous metal door stop in middle of doorway to garden. Complex 3 step entry to property. Would be good in kitchen to have grater, sharper knife ( or at least a sharpener). Larger cutting board. But overall very happy

Very Clean, in good repair mostly, very nice bright, comfortable decor, good bathroom and comfy bed. Modern generous sized kitchen. Comfortable fold out lounge. Good service by text messaging.

The air conditioning is noisy, it disturbed my sleep the first night. Also, I didn't think it was cool that they debited €300 from my account for a deposit. I hadn't seen that yet!

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and very clean.
