We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOnly small things like having a fan in the bedroom would be nice for the hot summer months. Also linen is not included which is made clear after booking but it would be helpful to have this information available on the listing as we booked last minute which didn't give us much time to organise anything.
Lovely wee apartment right across the road from a bakery. The kitchen is one of the best equipped of anywhere I've stayed, it's got everything you'd need! Communication with the host and concierge was also excellent.

Comfortable, well appointed flat, ideal for a couple. Great power shower. Appreciated having WiFi and smart tv. Well located close to slopes downhill and nordic.

SwitzerlandBefore arrival, you receive a booklet with instructions that seem mostly clear, though some of them are a bit strange. For example, you need to bring your own bed sheets and towels, although they are available for rent (the cost of which is neither transparent nor clearly communicated by the concierge). Also keep it mind that they can charge you a deposit of 500eur and charge you if you damage or do not comply with instructions. As requested in the booklet, we cleaned the apartment before leaving. I am someone who values cleanliness as a basic standard no need even for booklet, so I cleaned the kitchen, swept the floor, put everything in order, and emptied the trash as instructed. The only exception was the plastic and glass waste, as I could not find a sorting station for it. However, I left this waste in a separate, open bag to make it clear that it was for sorting. All the other trash was disposed of properly. The dishwasher was not emptied as it was still running when we left, which according by the booklet it was a big issue that we didn’t empty it. Despite our efforts, I was surprised when the owner complained that we didn’t follow the instructions and claimed that the concierge had to spend two hours cleaning the apartment afterward, including mopping the floor as “nothing was cleaned” . This is absurd. Also considering the apartment is only 20 square meters. Their accusation made us feel as though we left the place in a mess, which was far from the truth. As a very clean person, I specifically chose this booking because it had a cleanliness rating over 9. However, I cannot accept these false accusations. Also, I did not expect it to be my responsibility to mop the floor or perform deep cleaning tasks like disinfecting and thoroughly cleaning the bathroom to have it ready for the next tenants as mentioned later in a message. While I left the apartment tidy and not dirty, it was admittedly not spotless for the next tenants.
The apartment is well located in the center of Morillon, just 5–10 minutes from the ski telecabine. Within the same distance, you can find a shop, bakery, pharmacy, and bars. The check in process was easy. The apartment is nicely decorated, and the kitchen is well equipped with all the tools you need.
