It was quite hard to approach the house as we had two suitcases while the courtyard is muddy soil and pebbles. There is also no lift while the apartment is on the first floor, accessible by narrow steep stairs, and we really struggled a lot to get our 20kg suitcase upstairs.

It’s a great big old house where you have virtually everything you need! Amazing for both short and long term stays. And it’s only 30 mins away from the airport (on foot!).

You could hear really well the airplanes take off (something we had already taken into account of course), but we could also hear the noises from the apartment nearby.

The property has everything you need and even more: we also found coffee, milk and fresh water! It’s really close to the airport and it’s really easy to access thanks to the good instructions given.

Everything was clean and tidy. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommended! We stayed one night to catch a flight in the morning and it was 8 minutes from the airport so you can do everything without hurrying.

The apartments door is a bit thin, and if the neighbors are noisier and can disturb.

The apartment is just perfect for the price! I like the interior, was absolutely clean and has all the comfort you need to rest before or after the flight. The instruction for reaching the property are very well made! I recommend this place!

We arrived around 8.30 pm and didn’t find any open shop or place to have dinner in the area. It’s not about the apartment , but about Tille. The nearest shop or place for eat is airport. Just saying for the others.

The size and the location of the apartment

No groceries nearby- we had to take a bus and go for shopping to the closest city (10 min drive by car, 20-30 min by public transport (1 or 2 times per hour), but by foot- at least 45 min). But this still is ok if you know this aspect beforehand or has a car.

10-15 min walk from airport- very convenient if you need to fly somewhere from that airport. Apartment was spacious and has everything you need for short or long term stay. There were even coffee, tea and milk provided for us, as well as oil, vinegar, some spices and salt. Good bed in the second flour. Heaters in case you need warmer environment, space for car parking. Noise from plains can be heard, but they are not very loud.

The walls were paper thin, so when the opposite apartment arrived at 23:55 it was VERY noisy. I could hear they were speaking in a hushed tone but I could literally hear every word they were saying. I didn’t like the plastic cover under the sheet - it was very ‘plastic-T’ and kept me awake for much of the night. Not sure where the chocolates were, but I wouldn’t have eaten them anyway 😂. Nice idea, but best not to advertise if you don’t provide them. I’m 5’2” so not a problem, but the beams either side of the entrance door were very low and I can imagine anybody taller than me (I.e. most people) would be at risk of whacking their head!

Lots of things to like about this place! Location, location, location…it was SO easy to walk to/from the airport. There’s a great boulangerie within a 5 min walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is a good size and well equipped. Despite a problem when I arrived, the host was brilliant in getting it sorted very quickly. You can’t ask for more! It was a chilly night but the bedroom heater didn’t need to be turned on too high to nicely heat the spacious room - I get hot easily, but it was a nice, gentle heat. The area is lovely. Very safe and I felt completely comfortable walking there at night and again early morning, as a lone female traveller.

Just be aware that there is nowhere in the vicinity to eat out! Only a small pub/bar... We were lucky to get takeaway pizza from a van that was stationed near the church but it is not always there. Even the patisserie/boulangerie was closed.

This is a perfect location if you need catch an early morning flight from Paris-Beauvais airport. We walked to and from the airport and it took us only 10mins
