Great location right by the railway station, plenty of choice for breakfast and room was clean and comfortable. Parking is in the multi storey next door.

It would have been nice to have proper cups in our room, to make a larger drink. Other than that, no complaints.

The hotel was ideally situated and we liked having the extra space in the suite. We were impressed by how quiet it was, given the proximity to the railway station. The bed was very comfortable and the other facilities excellent. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff. The parking was very convenient and we could charge our electric car there.

Aircon not working so room very hot. Reluctant to open large windows as we were on the ground floor at street level. Poor sleep as a result.

Lovely layout and great room. Easy walking distance to everywhere. All staff very welcoming.

The hotel is perfect for one night or two and to visit Reims. Despite being located behind the train station, we did not hear anything. It is nicely decorated and has funny modernized rooms. There is a parking next door and the hotel provides a day card for 12€. The city center can be reached within 10mn walking distance by walking through the train station and underground walking paths.

The layout of the bathroom and closet is a bit confusing

The room is divided into two parts nicely. The water tap and sink near the kettle is handy. The stuff at the bar is very kind and patient to find us some big bowls to make our noodles because we arrived too late for the Resteraunt.

Breakfast at 19 euros a head seemed expensive so we didn’t bother. It would have been nice to just get a coffee and a croissant. Some milk cartons in the room with the coffee would have been good.

Good clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Dog friendly. There would have been parking for our 2.1m height car with roof box had we booked in time. As it was we left it on the street nearby. Under 1.9m should always be fine in the carpark right next door. Close enough to centre to walk to cathedral but easy to access from autoroute if breaking up a long car journey to Alps or wherever.

Location on opposite side of railway tracks made getting into Reims a bit awkward. Parking was expensive - €24 for less than 24 hours (spread over two days).

Bit of a walk to the centre of Reims and not much nearby in terms of bars/restaurants etc.

Clean and large room. Complementary snacks/drinks in the room appreciated after a long drive. Good breakfast.

The kitchenette would have been great, but there weren’t any cups, plates, glasses or cutlery, so not much use, really. A couple of paper cups only. Breakfast wasn’t that great, though the bread was nice. I don’t think we’d bother if we came again.

We liked the location and the size of the room. Having that extra space makes a difference. There was a separate wc and bathroom, which worked well. They were like plastic pods, which we didn’t mind. The staff were very nice.
