How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I arrived outside of shuttle bus hours, so it was a little tiring to go find and buy the right tickets for the transportation bus especially after a long flight. So it will great to extend hotel shuttle bus hours.
I liked the early check-in option even though it was for an extra fee, but it is good that it there as an option. I also liked the room price for the 4 of my family.

You had to put the key into a slot for the lights to work and we only had one key for our room. No one could leave the room with the key or all the lights would turn out!
It was very easy to get to the airport from the hotel. We just stayed one night before our flight home. There was ample underground parking and EV chargers right next door.

Menu at restaurant was limited so went to the grill located nearby. Don't bother going there. Terrible. Stick with the limited menu.
Very comfortable. Good location however when booked thought was Novotel directly at airport. This one is a short uber ride or shuttle ride away.

Had an early flight the next day and we checked in at midnight because our flight coming into Paris delayed,didn’t experience much at the hotel but just sleep and wake up,the staff that checked us in was really helpful with helping us fix an issue with 2 different bookings

We expected the hotel to have the shuttle service included, it was a bit of a putoff to pay €5 per person to get to the airport.
The room was ample and comfortable. We enjoyed bathing at the hot tub after a very tiring day. The restaurant had little choices, but all of what we chose was very good to our taste. Overall, the hotel is among the cheapest we could find in France, and I'm sure it is more than recommendable for people looking for entertainment in this direction of Paris (i.e. those traveling to Disney France or Asterix Park)

Close to airport, just a quick cab ride. Book the shuttle early, (space runs out quickly) wish I knew it was available when I booked the original stay. Breakfast was reasonable. Note that there's an extra charge to check-in early.. not sure why since rooms were available.

This was a quiet easy place to stay in our layover! So thankful for how clean and spacious it was for our family of four. So easy to access as well! They were super helpful with airport transportation! Price was fantastic for what we got!

The shuttle only made a drop at terminal B so I had to walk to terminal E with all my luggage. I was told it would be a 5 to 6 minute walk but it was more like a 25-30 minute walk (over 5,000 steps). Also, our room was not cool and didn’t cool down even when we tried adjusting the thermostat.
The property was very clean with a comfortable bed. The food was good. I chose it partly because it had a shuttle to the CDG airport and parking.

During March AC is off, Only heater available. We were sweating all night since there is only one window open. And if you open the window planes keep passing by which is kind of loud and imposible to sleep.
Location to airport is pretty close no more than a 10minute drive. Great cocktail and food options at lobby and friendly staff.

Although I selected a double bed for 2 adults, the complementary water was just one! TV was not Smart. There was not much variety in the breakfast, and the breakfast staff were in a hurry to close the breakfast even before time was up.
The cleanliness of the space (as compared to the other Novotels in the area!!!). The room was also quite spacious. Facilities in the room (microwave, fridge, kitchenette) were quite useful.

Toilet was separate from bathroom and poorly planned. Very small. Bed queen size was unacceptable for such a large room. Much space of room was wasted. Tv poorly located. Overall interior designing was poor. Could have been better.
