Exceptional stay! The staff and facilities were absolutely amazing. The apartment was fabulous—spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Just a short walk from Disneyland, which made everything super convenient. Would definitely come again without hesitation!

A roll of black bags would have been handy, given the length of stay and the type of family these apartments provide for.

I liked the location and the ease of getting to the apartment. It was convenient, clean and had the necessities. The fact it is a 15-20minute walk to Disneyland Paris made our trip a lot easier.

Everything was great.

Great location in walking distance (18 min) to Disneyland. Shops and restaurants only a few minutes away. Space was clean and comfortable and the instructions from the renters very clear.

Unfortunately we had a terrible time with hot water and we were miscommunicating about what the problem was BUT the staff could not have been more helpful in trying to resolve the issue and it turned out that it was not my human error but rather a broken geyser element, so for us experiencing winter in Paris and only having hot showers for only 2 nights of our week long stay was horrible but it was something that could have gone wrong anywhere and we appreciate the effort by the support team in always being available to try and help us resolve the problem and for being so understanding.

The location was excellent because we had planned for 3 days in Disney Paris and there was a fabulous shopping centre very close by and getting into Paris to explore was very easy with the train station a close walking distance.

The apartment was spotless and in a fantastic location. It was a treat to be so close to Disney but in such a peaceful setting. Lovely to relax on the sofa before a good nights sleep. The host Michael was so helpful and always contactable

It gets noisy at night, till 11 or so. With windows closed it’s not a big issue. Doors are a bit squeaky so if you have kids that wake up with a pin drop keep this in mind. But really, not major issues, the place is great and definitely worth it.

The property is extremely close to Disneyland, people were literally walking there. And if you don’t like to walk and don’t have a car, the bus stop is directly outside the building. It was very clean, perfect for a stay with children when you still want to have some kind of evening when they go to sleep (bedrooms and living room are very well separated)

Not a dislike but would be useful to know beforehand that a smartphone is needed for access purposes (I know the vast majority of people have them). Would just allow people to make sure they are prepared.

Had no issues, enjoyed our stay. This is a great location for visiting Disneyland Paris, walking distance. Large shopping centre and restaurants are literally around the corner. Visited with 2 adults and 4 children, had a comfortable stay. Host was friendly and shared useful information, we didn't need anything but had number and would have felt comfortable asking for help if needed.

The bed is a bit uncomfortable. The pillows are not proper pillows. The kitchen wares are incomplete.

What i love about the property is its near disneyland and walking distance to the mall. Bery nice location.

Perfect apartment, very spacious and clean. Most of the kitchen accessories are provided, so it's easy to cook in there. Both bedrooms provide large beds, so it's good for families. Location is awesome, it's in 15 minutes of walk from Disneyland and in 3 minutes of walk from Val d'Europe mall (where you can access huge Auchan store and exciting Sea Life Aquarium). RER train station is in 20 minutes of walk either through Val d'Europe or through the charming street surrounded with flowers. The best thing about our stay there was the host service, it was incredible! We were allowed to check out later, and the host quickly answered all the questions we had and resolved all the issues we faced with the apartment facilities. Apartment instructions are perfectly prepared, it's very easy to access the apartment with them. We are really glad we spent our vacation here, it was a perfect complement to our impressions of Disneyland and Paris!

Owners keep writing to know the exact time of arrival, that can be quite annoying. There is no soap provided, so no shampoo, no body wash, just a super small amount of hand soap. There was no tissue even. There is no air conditioning and it gets incredibly hot in warm days. You are asked to throw the garbage when you depart, and getting in and out of the building can be quite complex with different keys, codes, apps, combinations.

The location is perfect, the apartment was reasonably clean

Not enough hot water for the family to shower especially given how cold it was outside. The beds were not the most comfortable. Was a bit stressful having to make sure all the bins were emptied and the rubbish taken to the skip which was far from the apartment otherwise you would risk a fine.

Great location near shopping facilities and close to Disneyland. Felt safe.
