We spent three nights there. The location of the Studiotel is really good, only 15 mins walk from the train station and just a few mins to the beach and the promenade. We had a very nice view from the balcony - you can see the sea, the mountains and the Hippodrome, really stunning. We appreciated the view and the balcony a lot. The studio was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was a perfect base for us to explore Cagnes-sur-Mer and the surrounding area from here. And the host was very helpful. Merci.

A lot of dust! Upon arrival, you need to wipe it yourself and wash the floor.

Very good location, close to the sea. There is a balcony to have a cup of coffee. There are kitchen utensils, Soap, shampoo. I would come back here again.

The staff did not understand English. the walls are very thin and you could hear the neighbors and children crying at night. The beaches in this area are inconvenient. The hotel is far from the bus stop and is located on a noisy street.

I would like to mention that the gentleman at the office was very polite and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, my experience with the two ladies who answered the phone calls was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, they were very rude during our conversations. The older lady even hung up the phone on me after I told her that the gentleman had informed me it would be possible to extend my stay with an extra payment , something she strongly disagreed with, without giving me the chance to explain. In addition, I was surprised to be asked for an extra payment for VAT, which had not been clearly communicated beforehand. I believe in respectful communication and transparency, and I hope these points can be taken into consideration for better service in the future.

The floor was dirty. It had not been cleaned nor brushed. Sand and grit everywhere. I spent an hour cleaning it myself. Very poor service. The apartment look tired and old.

It definitely could be cleaner - inside of the wardrobe and those less visible horizontal surfaces were not cleaned before our stay and probably even longer. There was no trash bin or even trash bags in the kitchen, so we bought our own bags. There was only one small trash can in the bathroom.

Close to the sea, kitchen with most needed appliances, AC, good pressure of water in the shower, not far away from a few supermarkets and the train station.

not enough plugs. the apt is very worn out. the walls are super thin, you can hear the neighbours talk (and louder things too of course). no plugs in the bathroom at all.

We came and the only available room was dirty. Just plain dirty and really not cleaned well. So asked for another room but no others were available and cleaning crew was no longer working. So we had to leave to another hotel for the first night. Asked for money back but they refused. We argued a lot, wasted a lot of time for that but still had to come back for the rest of the trip (as booking had no power to influence them). We got another room, much better than the first one. So we agreed to stay. But still did not get any money back for the first night. So place is so so, pretty average for the price (if you get good rooms) - so luck is involved...
