The beach is very close to the location, but it is rocky.

The location is well located, close to the central station and the main promenade (Promenade des anglais). The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. It also helped that we had air conditioning in the room that worked without any problems.

Only gave us 2 rolls for toilet paper for 3 people for 7 night which ended up not being enough by the last couple of days. Would have been charged if we wanted our towels or bedding changed in that time so used the same towels for 8 days. Shower wasn’t very clean, mold and lots of scum at the bottom. Carpet is very old and a bit ruined in parts. Bad smell coming from the kitchenette area

Location was good secure. Close to the beach and old town. Walking distance to Nice Ville train station. Place was only just big enough for 3 people. 4 people our room would have been over crowded. Staff very friendly and helpful

Breakfast is a little expensive for what they offer on the buffet and you need to pay extra if you need cleanimg of the appartment or new towels.

Ladies on reception are very friendly and helpful, also appartment is 5min from the beach and 10min from center and train station which was great!

Better quality towels & maybe 1 extra! Just about enough toilet roll for our stay. A few more coffee sachets would be nice. Damaged shower tiles, microwave & hob need replacing.

Great location, a lovely boulangerie very close by. very safe & quiet, small studio space. Shower tiles damaged & need replacing, handle on microwave was melted, cracked & damaged hob, poor quality towels, comfortable bed & comfortable couch for sitting. But dining chairs were plastic & poor quality. Great to be able to leave luggage at the hotel reception near by before check in & after check out.

I would replace the carpet in the corridor and in the room with the same flooring in the kitchen area as it looked a bit dirty. I would like to point out I have a bad dust allergy and I was fine so I think the apartment was clean so don't be put off. The sleeping area at the top would not be suitable for children under eight.

The location was great and in a nice area, the staff were helpful, they kept our luggage, it was quiet. It was amazing value for money if you are looking for a short break. My children thought the sleeping area was fun. The kitchen was good. You really can't complain for the money we paid and I would definitely stay again.

In some apartments there was no internet at all, and in some it was very weak, with frequent interruptions. Despite the complaints, no one fixed it until the end of our stay. Four-bed apartment too small with bunk beds not suitable for four adults, too small. They did not change the towels during the morning stay.

Smell from the canalization pipes in the toilet. Blinking electric bulb and absence of mattress on my sofabed. Although I have to mention willingness of helping me by the hotel staff. She ordered the new one for me and it was delivered the same day. I am a bit disappointed not to consider that before and think about custumers’ comfort. They owe me apology spending night on the stony sofabed. My whole back and waist hurt. Thanks to a kind receptionist lady my holidays continued very well.

I liked all: location, amenities and equipments in the room. It is really ok for a short stay.

It is small, so quite cramped for 4 large people, especially as we were living out of suitcases. The kitchenette is also very limited- a double induction hob which is so small you can’t fit two large pans on it. Great for simple meals/snacks though.

It’s a great location, very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful belle epoque buildings. We are a couple with two teenagers, so we need 2 single beds and that’s not easy to find. This flat had a small single bedroom with bunk beds, which was great, and we slept in the double bed in the main room. The design was well thought through, which is not the case in a lot of places e have stayed in! The staff wee really helpful. We were leaving in the sleeper train, so left our bags in the main hotel and were able to come back and use the garden, toilet etc before heading off on our travels.

The apartment has been neglected, resulting in a few issues that need to be fixed, such as a cracked glass stove top, some missing plates, a window that won't open, or moldy caulking in the bathroom. On the upside, the receptionist was very open to the feedback and said they would see to it.

Great location, close to city center with pedestrian zone, shops and restaurants, and to the beach. The apartment also has a great layout, making it feel not crowded for a family of four.

The kitchen was super small, and the table couldn't fit 4 people comfortably. So cooking or eating dinner in the apartment was not really an option, which didn't matter due to our short stay. Just the impression I had gotten from the listing on booking.com was different, so I wanted to mention it.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, ideal for a few days stay and sightseeing in Nice. Compared to other offers, the price per night for a family of 4 was amazing. Check-in was very smooth and flexible, at the reception desk of a hotel a few meters away. All in all, great stay!
