The location was perfect, we were less than 5 minutes from the train station and the tram stop was right next to the building so we were able to get to Place Massena in just 2 stops. The place was small but cozy, we had all we needed including air conditioning and it was very clean. They were also really kind, they gave us the room immediately when we arrived and they offered to keep our bags after we checked out, so we could walk freely, until it was time to go to the airport.

The AC was noisy

A staff member met us at the external door. Welcomed us handed over keys and showed us to our room. The host also came and introduced herself and explained all facilities A short walk from the station and plenty of shops and eateries just outside our door. We loved the bathroom, although small it was bright had white tiles and very good lighting It also had ex ventilation to keep the area fresh and dry

Studio Floreal was amazing! The location is perfect - across the road from the supermarket and tram stop, train station just up the street. The property itself had everything you could need for the stay, plenty of cooking equipment, storage space and amazing views. Also have to mention how helpful Rachel was with coordinating the stay. Can’t wait to come back!

The studio had everything you needed and was in a convenient location near the Nice ville train station as well as restaurants and cafes. It was just over a 15 minute walk to the beach with many shops to see on the way.

The elevator was not working for 2 days during our 5 day stay which made it slightly inconvenient

The property itself was everything we could’ve asked for. Only slight issue is the price for two nights, however, from what we learned Nice is a rather expensive city and therefore that may factor into the price.

We loved this accomodation. It was central (close to train/tram). We loved that it had a kitchen! Rachel was super accommodating & let us check in way earlier!! We arrived at 10:30 and we just thought we’d be dropping our bags off. She let us in the room and it was all ready to go. Great price for the location. Supermarket/ cafes/ shops all very close. 10/10! We would definitely return.

Perhaps the decor was a bit dated but that wasn't an issue for either me or my friend

Rachel was the perfect host from the beginning. She was very helpful and provided much guidance in how to get in and out of the building and how to get from the airport to the apartment. Our favorite thing about her apartment was by far its location. It is located on one of the more popular streets in Nice and has everything within a 1 to 10 minute walk from the building. There is a Monoprix and patisserie around the corner, Kfc and burger king among many other restaurants and stores, the tram passes right outside the building and there is a train station only 7 minutes away which my friend and I used for all of our day trips.

It is close to the train station and 15 minutes walk to Place Massena. The studio is small but has everything that is needed. The bed is comfortable and it is very clean. I will choose it again.
