To retrieve the key is a bit confusing. From the main entrance to apartment, You need to look to your left next to the ski rental shop and there is a wooden fence where the key box is located.

Everything, the view from the balcony and toilet is amazing. Facilities are in great condition.

The keybox is outside of the facility next to the ski rental shop. It is further away and i kept looking at the post box and it is quite confusing.

The view is magnificent. The facilities are great. The staff is super helpful. The location is a few feet away from the Mont Blanc cable car. There is a bakery, supermarket and bike and ski rental next to the property.

Will be too small for more than 2 people, you need to make your own bed linens, the bed is very wobbly and squeaky

Overall everything was good, clean, with a balcony, view on the Mont-Blanc massive from the Mont-Blanc room, walking distance to everything, cable car in a stone throw.

Everything was fine

Very central. Clean, well equipped. Communication functioned well - codes for door and key box.. Amazing view of Mont Blanc.

The bed comfort was the only downfall everything else was excellent

Great little compact apartment, central location and lovely view of the mountains . Great amenities and set out for such a small place. Great shower. Sofa bed was uncomfortable could do with a mattress topper so you don’t feel all the springs and it slopes down at the bottom of the bed. Close to a pharmacy/supermarket/ bakery/cafe and Aguille du midi and only a 10 minute walk from the mountaineer train and beginner slopes. Lots of fun to be had with nice resturants. Also busses are great to take you to the local slopes with ski apres bar with the Mountain View

We expect it to be more clear. We have found some hair in the pillows and we had to make our bed.

It was at the centre and near to everything. Also the host answered directly to anything we need.

There’s an issue with the main window. Isolation is not very good. We needed an additional heater which has been provided quickly. The decorative fireplace doesn’t work. The shower doors don’t close up => the bathroom can be flooded if you don’t pay attention. Overall, quite expensive, but seems inline with Chamonix prices.

Location is perfect. Walking distance from everything you can do in Chamonix. Bed is very comfortable and big enough. Welcome local sweets, wine and coffee pods. Easy check-in/check-out. Staff responsiveness even on a Dec 31st.

Nicely decorated, comfortable, well equipped and well situated. The hosts are very responsive qndrhe instructions were very good. The added value came from having a car park.

Great location close to the centre and bus stop to access the ski areas. Easy check in. Apartment had all the essentials. Clean, hot water, coffee machine. Nice view from the balcony. Quiet when we stayed.

fold-away bed would benefit fr a new mattress & mattress cover, sheets don’t fit the bed well, toilet seat hinge needs repair, garbage can lid broken. kitchen table is awkwardly tall.

excellent location. apt has seen upgrades. very small but we’ll set up for two.

Small problem with the parking, the acces key for the car park wasn't working, it took a while to fix that and I had to pay for a private car park in the meantime.
