You need to pay separately for bed linen, towels and cleaning (unless you clean at the end of your stay). Owners don't provide toilet paper either - which should be part of the apartment. Upon arrival, you also need to leave a 600€ security deposit and another 60€ for cleaning.

The location is perfect; 2 minutes from the ski lifts. Getting the keys/ returning them was flawless.

The resort is fantastic, this apartment is totally uncomfortable.

The advertising of this apartment is not correct. Please note, linen, towels and cleaning is extra. I have rented many apartments in France and all of this information is made clear on the booking description. The management company were horrendous! They sent a document out detailing everything YOU have to do and everything they will do for you. This is totally one sided. We had NO linen for the first night, after being told, we'd pay extra for the linen and then extra again for actually making the beds. They then were supposed to come and make sure were happy the next day after booking, this never happened. We then recieved the wrong bedding, so had to wait again for the correct bedding. We, however, had to wait for them to come and CHECK the apartment, which we can say was cleaner than when we arrived!! I advise the owner to be more honest about hidden costs and find a management company that has better customer service skills. On another note, be ready for an uncomfortable sleep. The walls are paper thin and the 'beds' are VERY uncomfortable. Again, I have slept on many a sofa bed, but these need updating very badly

The location was fantastic. Close to the lifts, restaurants and shops

Apartment was great however the third party unprofessional conciergerie service was not good.

Upon placing the booking the owner informed us that there would be a third party company contact us to arrange collection of the keys. This actually turns out to be a conciergerie service for which there is no mention of this anyway on the booking.com advertisement for the apartment. We found this rather stressful as they wrote to us with an email with a very generic word document attached requesting payment for bedding, towels and a cleaning service if we wanted it, the arrival and departure times on this word document from the conciergerie service were also not aligned with what we had already agreed with the owner via booking.com. It appears this third party are acting on bahlf of the owner of the apartment and all communications were said to be done through them while in the resort and not via the owner on Booking.com. We personally found this third party to be very unprofessional and very casual, the form we were requested to fill out was not specific to our booking it was very general, there were also no date and signatures on this form and neither were we requested to sign anything upon arrival when we were asked to leave a cash or cheque security deposit of €500 euros! They said this would be kept in an envelope in their office until the end of our stay and given back before we leave. Not only did we have to send an email reminder to the conciergerie service a day before we were arriving as they had not contacted us with the address for where and what time we should be collecting the keys on arrival in advance but they also called on the evening they said someone would come to our apartment and give back out cheque and said they're to busy so someone will come in the morning and send a picture of our cheque ripped up - this had not happened and they still have out cheque! The communication with the conciergerie service was also carried out in a very casual manner via WhatsApp - when requested to have correspondence via email they didn't do this.

The apartment itself was very well equipped and was right at the foot of the slopes, there was a great view of the mountains and you're able to ski right to the apartment. There's lockers downstairs for your skis and boots. The kitchen table was very large and was plenty of space for the two of us.
