“We had such a lovely time in Fabron — the location was ideal for visiting Cannes, Monte Carlo, and Nice. The accommodation was excellent, with a very comfortable bed and sofa, and a balcony with relaxing loungers. The apartment was well equipped with cooking facilities and a washing machine, and set within a secure gated area with beautiful gardens and a pool. Our host was amazing, welcoming us personally to the apartment and even giving us a lift to the train station — we couldn’t thank him enough. We would highly recommend this apartment.”

The host is amazing and very friendly, very helpful, with lots of recommendations the place is great, confortable and there is even a coffee machine :) the sea is truly a 5 minute walk away! You can easily reach the centrum of the city with tram. Absolutely amazing stay!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The apartment location is perfect, quiet and well connected with all parts of the city. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable, with a great balcony and a wonderful garden. Jean-Christophe is an amazing host, he met us at the tram station and carried our bags. He gave us a great history of the area, and suggested places to visit. He put a lot of effort into ensuring we had the best stay. This will be our pick when we come back to visit Nice again.

Friendly and pleasant host made my stay in Nice more wonderful. Everything in the apartment was clean enough. We enjoyed our small night drinks at lovely balcony. Also the garden was fantastic. Only five minute walk from the apartment was enough to reach famous Promenade des Anglais at the Nice beach. Overall, I and my wife spent very comfortable three nights in the apartment !!

Jean-Christophe met us at the property and carried our bags to the apartment, giving a great history of the area on the way. He is an excellent host and puts a lot of effort into ensuring you have the best stay. The property itself is in a lovely, gated, complex with a private pool and luscious gardens. It is a 5 minute stroll the the Fabron stop on the excellent Nice tram line (line 2). As such it is a perfect location - easy and cheap to get in and out of the busy Nice centre, and also a great base to visit nearby places such as Cannes, Eze, and more. The walk on the Promenade des Anglais in and around Fabron is lovely also, as you can enjoy the scenery in a calmer part of the 7km promenade. Plenty of places to pop in and grab a drink or something to eat too. Brasserie Le Magnan serve the most delicious breakfasts. We highly recommend this place to stay, and send our thanks and best wishes to Jean-Christophe and Franca.

Cosy, clean and comfortable studio. The balcony with a lovely view of one of the beautiful gardens. Easy access to beach, tram, central and airport. The host was amazing- he went truly above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We really enjoyed our stay, will miss this. Absolutely recommended.

We spent over a week here and were absolutely satisfied. This place offers exactly what it promises in the description. The owners are very helpful and attentive, the apartment is tastefully furnished and surprisingly well equipped for its size. The complex is safe and quiet with a beautiful garden and a pool. Ok, so I would have rated this 5/5 but…. The pool is a 3-5min walk from the room and has NO chairs/sunbeds. Was the only reason we booked so was disappointed. If you have mobility issues, the complex is large and you have to walk a fair way to get out and onto the road. I struggled with this. The room was lovely but small. Nowhere to have your cases open, ok if you are a solo traveller and want to unpack (there was storage) Nowhere in the shower room to put your wash bags.

Jean-Cristophe - 10 stars!! Very helpful, has a booklet of info in the room he talks you through. Tells you where to go for the tram and there is a card to use that you tap on the tram. Walked us round the grounds to show us shortcuts. Amazing. Parking was a perk. Nice little outdoor area off the room overlooking the gardens. Peaceful. Good shower. Little kitchen that was handy, bring your own coffee/tea. Once you get to the road and head to the sea, there is a great beach club that is not expensive and food was lovely. Recommended by host.
