We were a group of 8 people (family) and we had booked 3 rooms. During our stay, we met and had most of our communications with Chloé, Jérémy, Colin, Ersin. They were very professional, attentive, responsive, friendly, kind, respectful, and very accommodating to our "needs".

Very nice and helpful staff that helped me to find a taxi when I stranded on a Sunday evening at Andrezieux Gare 😅 Spacious and comfortable room with a modern bathroom.

Nothing to criticise. All good.

We chose the hotel for convenience on our route North. It is not in the most scenic location but we soon discovered this hotel is a little oasis of comfort and quality. It appears to have benefited from a recent designer update with many features being new and carefully styled. The courtyard garden and pool area was popular and it was interesting to see young adults playing boule. We sampled the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised with our choice. Good selection of breakfast goodies too.

The property is not close to a bakery or supermarket. If you have a car, it does not matter, but we were hiking. However, as breakfast and dinner were good, we were satisfied.

The room was spotlessly clean, you could open the window and get real fresh air, the lounge chair was comfortable, breakfast and dinner were of a high standard and they have early check-in and late check- out.

Where not aware it was on an industrial estate but arrived Sunday so was quiet but close to motorway.

A great little hotel. Staff attentive. Food good and excellent wine list and slept well. Didn’t get a chance to use pool.

Lights did not work in the bedroom. We had already unpacked before we discovered this but when we reported it in the morning the receptionist wasn't interested. Also the lift wasn't working properly - again the receptionist wasn't interested.

Barman and food were great. Initial booking in receptionist very helpful. The shower in the bathroom was very very good

The location was commercial with nothing of interest within walking distance, but it had easy access to the motorway and was ideal for a one night stay

The staff were very good. We had an electric vehicle, but the charging point did not seem to be compatible and the staff were very helpful in organising an alternative way to charge by plugging into an internal power point. The restaurant was also very good

Very dated, needs a good restoration. Food I a restaurant really bad, that was probably the worst meal my family and I had. We ordered a good champagne expecting good food, even that came warm.

Nice pool, enough gardens to walk the dog. Games for children.

The rooms are very dark, there is no ceiling light and the toilets are separate to the bathroom even more in the dark. The towels are small and the room is only done after two nights. The vegetarian food is terrible and there are not many options in the area if you arrive without car.

The terrace is nice and sunny with lots of different seating options. The welcoming/ reception area is pleasant and light.

Lazy service when it comes to support on how to get there. The room is only done every other day and I want aware. There was a funky smell in the corridor.

Restaurtant seems not to be open in holidays, everything was managed by 1 guy, very friendly but was so unexperienced he did his best however. Rooms wer enot refreshed when coming back, no fresh towels. It was never asked if we wanted refreshed towels we should say. Take care on Mo-Wednesday a lot of restaurants are even closed so we ended up going always to the same place. For sure this is good enough if it is for work but not at all if you are on holiday.

Quiet hotel for business in the middel of the industrial zone, all rooms have good Airco, and comfortable bed.

Wifi in the hotel was a total disappointment. Despite my complaint, nothing has changed. I had to work at the lobby as there was good signal of Wifi only at the lobby. Do not stay at floor 2 if you want Wi fi signal. The hotel was painting some rooms and the smell from solvents was annoying. I stayed 2 nights and nobody came in between to clean the room

It was a good position for approaching places to have dinner but also to visit my customer.

The breakfast was really sad looking considering the price. Very small selection, a lot was already taken by guests and a single person left to try to keep up with refilling food, plates, utensils etc. The espresso was okay, but the coffee tasted a bit like powder coffee.

Room was okay size, heater unit worked well though the room was really cold when we first arrived.
