Very close to Paris Nord. Super friendly welcome. Staff excellent. Had excellent left luggage facilities. Also saw laundry facilities. Affordable. Nice bar and restaurant in hotel. Great beers and food

Noise from the bar downstairs (loud music every night), shower seemed to swing between freezing cold and burning hot every 10 seconds, hooks broken off the wall, shower curtain falling off and not wide enough, bedside lamps both not working, one extremely bright white light that makes you feel like you're staying in a laboratory and a view that resembled the inside of a panopticon. This was in a private double room (also an upgraded "luxury" room) - I know it's only supposed to be a hostel, but for the price I paid, I expected a lot more. It also had a stale smell, as if multiple people had been smoking cigarettes for years and that they'd tried to cover it up. While there are good transport links, the area surrounding the hotel is full of seedy people, beggars, pickpockets and people trying to sell you cigarettes. Although the outside/bar/reception area looks sleek and modern, the actual corridors and rooms could so with a serious makeover.

The outside/bar/reception areas are really nice, but don't be fooled - as soon as you step inside it's a different story. Location is well connected to everywhere in Paris and CDG airport.

Hairdryer in room would be good. Hallway needs a bit of decoration.

Good location, clean room, slept well. Basic but what expected and did not spend much time in room anyway. Tea tray a bonus.

The shower would alternate between being cold ish to very hot. The mattress was not good, nor was the thin pillow. No hand soap provided in the private bathroom.

The bar downstairs had a decent vibe and the drink specials for those staying at the hostel were good. The staff were great.

the room had a called private bathroom which was a cabin in fact. So tiny that you could not fit if you are witting more than 80-90kg. Tiny tiny room but an area they call private bathroom. This room they sell as double is not suitable for 2 person They charge 7euros for storing your carry on luggage. Never happened to me that hotels charge for this service

If you arrive by train the location is very convenient

The facilities were not good. The room was not comfortable at all. Very very small room. 1 person with very much difficulty could stand in the small qtta hed washroom. Only place for bed and no place for 2 persons to stand together even. Breakfast was not good. Cold boiled eggs.

This is a hostel and not a hotel, There is a bar in the middle of the building which has music blaring into the early hours of the morning, and even at this time of year with all the windows closed it is still very loud. There is only a very tiny lift which is very temperamental. The area around the hostel/station is not very nice at night.

Proximity to the train station was great, booking in was very easy and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was good value, although the coffee machine was a bit hit and miss. The room itself was very small but fine for an overnighter, and the bathroom was small too. Seemed clean enough.

Queue at reception. Tiny box room. Even tinier ensuite! Not much soundproofing between 'cells'. No towels in room as there should have been. Wi fi barely functional in room.

During my stay at this property, I experienced serious hygiene issues. Under the blankets, there were visible dark stains, possibly blood or of another unidentified origin (as shown in the attached photos). The next morning, I woke up covered in multiple bites, most likely caused by bed bugs — I even found one in the bed. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel and shows a worrying lack of attention to cleanliness and guest safety. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to address this problem and ensure that no other guests go through the same experience.

Positive: Friendly staff, Clean room, Good location metro, supermarkets and restaurants right next to the hostel, Good size bed (was concerned as I’m quiet tall however no issues). Negative: Shower head was a bit crazy water would go everywhere.
