A nice apartment for a family with 2 small children. The quiet apartment was child friendly, with a highchair, baby crib, toilet seat, big beds to sleep with the children We like that it was close to the supermarket and close to the castle. We appreciated the self check in and the checkout until 11 am A kitchen that seems brand new, fully equipped. Thanks for the coffee, Aurelie!

The apartment is huge and very well situated! The kitchen was really well equipped, beds comfy, WiFi very efficient. Adequately clean. We came with our dog (for no additional fee) and were just asked to ensure that she didn't jump/sit on any furniture, and to pass the broom after us before we left.

This was not the apartment’s fault, but Google maps doesn’t have information about how to get there by bus. We ended up walking there from the train station, which took us half the afternoon with heavy bags (we had to stop to rest in between). It turned out that bus 2 passes behind the apartment building, so we took that bus back to the train station. Very convenient. There is only one key and it is needed also to get out of the building, which felt a bit scary. It was also impractical since all of us had to stay together all the time.

The apartment is located just a few minutes by foot from the ancient part of Carcassonne, which is very convenient. We went there three times in two days, so it was nice to be staying so close. The apartment is nice overall. We got there one hour early and the cleaning lady hurried up to give us the apartment before check-in time, we really appreciated that.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment was very close to Medieval City, very clean, have a coffee machine and very well equipped. Parking spaces available which was a big bonus. Highly recommended.

There is inevitably some road noise, though it is quite quiet at night. Only one fan was provided. The kitchen has very few pots and pans and no microwaveable dishes we could find so serious cooking is difficult.

Very spacious apartment 5 minutes walk from the medieval city with shops and restaurants close by. Conveniently located for exploring the surrounding area. Kitchen has all mod cons, beds are comfortable, shower is excellent, wifi is very good.

Sofa bed uncomfortable

Was a very comfortable and stylishly decorated and furnished apartment. Communication with owner was excellent, very friendly and responsive to a difficulty with bedding for spare bed, quickly resolved and went the extra mile to help. Also well located to walk to medieval city and close to stop for airport shuttle bus.

Spacious, beautifully furnished apartment in a very good location. Very good communication and organization, we received all the information we needed before our arrival. The host thought of all the details, we really enjoyed our stay. Very well equipped for children, with a high chair, a toilet seat for kids and a baby bed.

Everything it’s really fine, no complains. Maybe I would add a curtains or rolets in the kitchen and maybe big vase with flowers or similar :)

It is really spasious, with big, nice kitchen (and all nessesary things in it) and very nice dinning table. At all the design is very nice. It’s very clean. There are quite a lot of table games (just interesting, why there is no Carcassonne game :) Our children liked this appartment very much! :)

Rooms could have been cleaner. When striped beds found hairs (not mine!) on the cover sheet that had been under me. Some dead flies found under the beds too. Some of the towels were a little fusty…

Open, spacious apartment with nice layout. Very clean!! Perfect location to park and quick walk into the medieval city.

It was rather cold and it's impossible to increase heating. The appartment lacks lightening, especially in bedrooms. But the main problem was a very poor cleaning. We arrived at 16:15 (45 min. before estimated check-in time) and found the keys already there. We decided to enter the appartment before going to a supermarket. The appartment wasn't done, so we closed the door and left dissapointed. We were back at 17:05 and to our joy saw wet floors and changed beds! But it's absolutely impossible to clean 3-room appartment properly withing 45 min! It's not surprising therefore to see the kitchen ("white" chairs, etc.) on the photos. Chairs were simply disgusting: crumbs, hairs... The unpleasant smell, which, as it later turned out, came from shower sewerage and the sink in the kitchen, was temporarily eliminated by pouring water, but I couldn't get rid of the thought whether those were cleaned at all, if their drains weren't full with water... The armrest of the sofa fell off after a light touch, so my husband spent some time to fix it. Funny, but "wide range of extras", which were promised to be found in the kitchen, appeared to be damp salt, oil and some tea-bags in a dirty tea box. I would have prefered instead a normal frying pan, not a burnt one. All in all, I think, it's a disrespect for the client. By the way, the communication with the owner was also ineffective: my pre-sent kind request to help us book a restaurant for the New Year Eve (I failed to do this by telephone, as nobody spoke English) was just ignored... So, nothing was worth the high holiday price, we were taken. We weren't ready to meet New Year in such conditions.

The appartment is spacious and located well. Wi-Fi was ok. Parking along the street wasn't problematic. It could have been a pleasant stay, but...
