Second time we've been here. Can absolutely recommend. The only problem we had the previous visit was that the staff seemed somewhat aloof. This was not the case this time and we were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness. The hotel has a great location and a parking garage with parking at a very reasonable price. The location is outstanding. The spa pool is clean and very nice.

United KingdomThe strange tricky breakfast set up. It causes confusion and people bump into each other and boiling your own egg means others take it! And you can’t have your breakfast at the same time as your family as everyone has to keep getting up and down. Needs looked at. The dinner was very disappointing with little choice and not great quality of food.

United KingdomThe only disappointment was that our use of the sea view balcony was often restricted because of next door guests who smoked a lot of the time with tobacco smell blown onto us and inside our bedroom. The balcony & sea view were to be the high point of our 9 day stay. Surprised that a spa hotel with emphasis on health/fitness says o.k. to outdoor smoking.

FranceThe fact that it’s not at all clear when booking a room that you have to make a reservation for dinner. You get there at the end of the day and assume that as a guest of the hotel you could show up at the restaurant of the hotel and have dinner there! But no, so we skipped dinner. Frankly quite a put off, at least for us. At least tell people booking a room that they should make a reservation if they want to have dinner!!!
