Understand that this is no fault of the hotel but there was construction going on outside which created a lot of noise so despite of the warm weather we weren’t able to sit in the balcony

Everything was perfect

The hotel is located next to a beautiful and long beach in the center of a small, quiet village. The room was very comfortable and stylish and the breakfast was superb! The bed was very comfortable. Beach towels and an umbrella were free of charge. The hotel has its own restaurant and there are other restaurants around. It has also its own parking. The personel was very kind and helpful. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested in Porto Veccio holidays.

Sadly, we didn’t have any sea view and were facing the parking lot. Also, the breakfast could be a little more advanced — it didn’t quite match the great quality of the hotel.

Welcome and super-friendly staff, great design and rooms, super comfy beds, and really, really clean. The nearby beach is also beautiful. We would come back!

Two things - there isn't an outdoor pool at the property (albeit the beach is a stone throw away and I did know this when booking) and I didn't feel that the breakfast, which wasn't included in the room rate, was value for money. We visited the coffee shop across the street most mornings as a result. Overall though the hotel was really great and we would stay there again when visiting Corsica, just with both of these things in mind.

Really loved our stay at Hotel Son De Mar. The staff couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay, recommending (and helping us book) restaurants, providing beach towels and umbrellas, always saying hello when you walk through the lobby etc. Our room was a great size and the bathrooms were nicely done.

Nothing to dislike!

Wonderful staff both at the front desk and the restaurant. The location is in very close proximity to to a beautiful beach and the town though tiny offers a wonderful array of of restaurants and beachside activities. The «  brutalist » exterior of the hotel doesn’t do justice to its interiors that are decorated simply but tastefully . The rooms are large, very well equipped with very nice amenities, the beds in particular were excellent . I would specifically like to mention how wonderfully helpful the front desk manager Victoria was, arranging car rentals, and helping us with restaurant reservations, and more importantly with general advice as to where to visit. A special mention goes to Etienne, the restaurant manager who was full of restaurant tips and interesting conversation. We were really made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very close to one of the best beaches in Corsica, in a lovely little village. The hotel is very relaxing and minimal. The rooms are big, clean and with a terrace and all the facilities. The staff is very welcoming, kind and ready to help at every hour. The restaurant is also good and there’s a free parking right in front of the hotel. Overall, a very good experience.

Impeccable design, beautiful details, from their branding to every corner of the hotel and restaurant. For industrial style lovers, it's a gem. The area is also so nice to walk around in. There's no garden or any space outside, but the beach is a few steps aways, and it's a huge natural beach. The restaurant is also a must try - delicious and reinvented beautiful dishes

The turkish bath/hamam did not work really well. But this was a free option for reservation, so it really wasnt a big deal. The hotel itself and the other services are perfect!
