Not enough variety at breakfast. A more protein-based variety of eggs and cooked meats to support a day’s exercise would have been appreciated. Also, many hotels now have free coffee available throughout the day since machines are commonplace. It was not the case here.

The staff were very friendly and the room was good for 3 people. They were excellent in welcoming our dog.

We also passed through Argelès-Gazost on our this year's motorbike tour through the Pyrenees. The hotel was perfectly located on our route, a simple yet solid and clean establishment. The receptionist gave us a warm welcome, the bar was manned and the usual glass on arrival was secured. My room had several separate beds, the bathroom was reasonably sized. Worth noting is the restaurant: We didn't want to go out after the day on the bike and decided to have dinner there - a super decision after all. Very nice service, super tasty food, definitely all thumbs up. The breakfast was typical of the country, basically nothing was missing.

A fantastic well located, comfortable hotel in a great location with the most wonderful staff. We were really well looked after and hope to return. We particularly enjoyed our meals; both breakfast and dinner were excellent and the menus of the day were exceptionally good value. There were garages for cyclists to leave their bikes securely and provision for charging e-bikes. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was quiet with lovely views (see photo).

Kids room was far from our room, and we had two fire doors and stairs between rooms. No English menu and written in hand write so google translate doesn’t work well. Rooms are a little old.

We had a double room and a triple room. The double room was rather small. It was difficult to move around. I would also have preferred to have the room cleaned a little bit better.

The beds were very comfortable and the shower was good. The location of the hotel was also very nice. The village where it is situated is small, but had many restaurants. The hotel itself has a restaurant, that we did not try, but the menu seemed very diverse. The hotel offered a simple but good breakfast.

Great price and good location, friendly and helpful front desk. Clean, large and comfy rooms. Bathroom could do with an update but not a problem. Could do with having a shower head hook on the wall so can stay in place. Fantastic breakfast with lots of options, great place, would recommend it.

The bar area is located in the welcome/reception area which contains all the administrative storage cupboards, diaries and paperwork relating to guest records

The staff were warm and friendly, the hotel was clean, peaceful and the food was good. The Hotel also has free car parking. The location is excellent for accessing the Haute Pyrenees. The 18 km, tarmac walking/cycling path between Lourdes and Pierrefitte-Nestalas passes very close to the Hotel.
