Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

They went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we had the best stay. Many thanks in particular to Yannick and Delina. We had problems with our hire car and Yannick was an absolute star. He totally took away all of our stress and made sure we had a relaxing stay. Thank you Yannick! We would come back to Sezz every time purely for this great service.
