What's not to like

Lovely hotel, with perfect setting offering magnificent views of the beach. Great breakfast provided each morning, from a beautiful terrace. Good selection of restaurants in the village, which is small but has everything you need for a relaxed holiday. Highly recommend.

Minor points - but no shelf in shower, needed mirror in bedroom, more detail as to location relative to main hotel prior to arrival. The 2 bedroom family suite is situated in Casa Alice which is a 100 yards from reception/breakfast room of Hotel. Don’t recall that being on particulars. It wasn’t a problem but would liked to have known prior to arrival. Could also do with second bedroom being adaptable to being a twin for which there is plenty of room. It would be more versatile. Not a cheap property although very enjoyable.

Just a few things that can be improved rather easily to make it even better: They need to upgrade the quality of the pillows, which were uncomfortable and not good quality. The room at night it is too dark - there are not enough light fixtures and the bulbs are too weak in the ones they have. We didn't enjoy that our deluxe room had a bathroom where the WC was located in a space similar to a closet with inadequate ventilation. At least the vent could be improved.

The beachfront location is great! The hotel has beautiful views and the beach is very nice. Dining areas (breakfast and the restaurant) are on the patio overlooking the sea. We loved the sea view from the huge windows in our room! We appreciated the complimentary use of beach loungers and an umbrella, as well as beach towels.

Unable to use restaurant as it was at end of season and only open lunchtime, then closed altogether after the Sunday. The hotel itself was remaining open for another week or so.

Excellent location right on the beach with great views from rooms and the bar/restaurant. The bedroom was large and well furnished, the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Algajola is a great location in itself with the beach, bars, restaurants, and hotels. It is well placed to explore the northern coast from Calvi across to St Florent, and up into the mountains to Corte.

We booked room #12 with terrace and sea view and it's the premium room in the hotel. The terrace has a table, chairs, two cushioned chaise lounges, and a remote controlled articulating sun canopy. Breakfast was very good with many different food options. The restaurant Le Beau Rivage attached to the hotel is the best in town. Shout out to the concierge Hugo who was very accommodating.

What's not to like?

Lovely quiet hotel in a beautiful location. We booked a deluxe sea view room and were not disappointed. Extremely comfortable and super clean with amazing views. A delicious continental breakfast is prepared each morning with lots of choices including fresh fruit, juices, pastries, cheeses etc taken on the terrace overlooking beach.... a perfect start to the day. Pretty village with good choice of restaurants and bars. Many thanks to the friendly hotel team that work so hard to make your stay so enjoyable...in particular a special mention to the lovely Hanna who was so helpful when our luggage was delayed by the airline.

Nothing everything was perfect!

Perfect hotel in Algajola, lovely and helpful staff, amazing breakfast worth the price even if i would add bacon:) room is spacious , beds are confortable and very clean, view from the room is stunning, balcony was really a plus in the evening sunset, parking always available, one of my favourite beach in this area. algajola is a tiny village gets busier in the evening, pleanty of nice restaurants and little shops.

This was the third time staying at this hotel, which I think shows how much we enjoy it. The location cannot be beaten, as it is right on the beach and walking distance to all of the restaurants in town, with parking. Our room was very large, comfortable with great AC, and had a lovely balcony facing the sea. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate throughout our stay, which I imagine is hard to do with sand being tracked everywhere in the hotel. No complaints, will likely stay again next year!
