The car park was a bit of a conundrum especially when your very tired from travelling

There was barely enough room to move past the foot of the bed.

Breakfast was better than the usual cheap hotel breakfast. Bathroom was pretty good and the beds were very comfortable.

A typical budget hotel by a major railway station. With the windows closed the room was quiet enough. We were travelling by bicycle and a safe storage space was available. Close enough to the city centre for restaurants, etc.

It happened to be a Sunday when we stayed and parking was free on the street. But it would have been more costly any other day. I think the hotel could make it clear about parking availability and where to access it.

Great location next to the train station and a short walk into town with many resteraunts etc.. Underground parking needs reservation so be aware as you need it if you have a vehicle. .

Only one small pillow for each bed, so difficult to sit up and read. No eggs available for breakfast which upset my wife.

It was a budget hotel so we weren't expecting too much. The staff were helpful and it was clean. Parking was good.

Access is not well signed and is through what the French call a counter alley so you can miss the turn in which means you have to go back to the roundabout. The counter alley at the front of the hotel is filthy and very neglected. It said on the site that the hotel had its own car parking but it is not clearly indicated that there is a fee on top of the room fee. The staff give you some information about how to get to the car parking and how to get back to reception but they forget that, if it is obvious to them that the subterranean car park is shared amongst several hotel / organisations and they have their own entrances, exits and lifts, it is far from obvious to the bewildered customers! Another proprietary system which was obvious to them was writing the after hours entry code on the card envelope without warning the customers so, if you come back late and you haven’t worked it out or if you only take the key card with you, you are sunk! This happened to a poor Asian man who couldn’t get back in until I showed him he needed the code written on the wallet card - he only had the card with him.

It is located beside the train station so easy to find and close to the city centre.

The shower was full of mold. They could put javel.yo get rid of it.

Next to the station, it had the basics to have a good night sleep. The pillows were low, so just perfect for us. Clean sheets ans towels.

All 3 had cramped breakfast areas with too much nailed down furniture. The Tours ine was a little scruffy. The shower needed some Cilic Bang and the windows needed a good clean.

A several city tour of France. 2 were booked direct with Accor Ibis this on was through booking.com. I cannot review Paris and Bordeaux but Tours I can and compare all 3. You know what you get with Ibis Budget and all 3 were similar. Small basic rooms with small bathrooms. Tidy, secure and nothing much to write home or complain about. All the staff were doing their best, helpful & friendly.

Individual on reception during our two night stay, was not very amablale, also a bit condescendin, especially since my husband speaks fluent french. Not sure the room especially the bath room was cleaned property before we arrived

The shower fell off and hit me on the head.

Everything was fine. Better than other ibis budgets we've stayed in. I particularly liked the ice cream cone jam containers at breakfast!
