NetherlandsPerhaps the hotel can arrange a deal with parking garages and I recommend explaining more clearly where you can park to drop your luggage. Also, if you struggle with mobility, don’t select this hotel.
Top notch location to walk into town for a fantastic dinner. Our food tour (no diet walking tour - recommended!) actually ended right around the corner. Fun layout of the hotel (though what’s up with all the UK travel posters??) and high service level. Parking is possible in larger public parking garages nearby. Rooms are small but comfortable.

CanadaThe bed could be bigger and sometimes, the blankets were a bit scratchy.
The hotel is located close to the water and it's only a few minutes away from the bridges that take you to Vieux-Lyon. If you're coming from the train station, I would recommend you take the bus and not the metro because dragging my luggage up and down the streets was not the best. The hotel staff were super welcoming, giving tips for whatever I needed. The room is fine for one person. The bed is a little small but otherwise, it was great! The washroom is a decent size and the shower pressure was better than expected. The AC was more than good enough!

Our host was attentive and jovial, making the hotel feel so inviting. We felt the place's history while enjoying its modern updates. A blending of old and new. The location was superb, out of the way of the congested touristy area while being right across the river from old town.

AustraliaHotel Saint Vincent is located within walking distance of many Lyon attractions, close to regular public transport services and yet outside of the highly commercial and tourist areas of the city. There are many services such as excellent local restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk. The standard room was of a good size, clean and airy. The staff were friendly, multilingual and engaging, and prepared to share many tips on getting around, things to see, and recommendations for local restaurants, bars and markets, including specialist requirements (eg gluten free food). They even knew about changes to bus stops which had only occurred the previous day.

IrelandThe air con is centrally controlled. I was there in a heatwave and the room was too warm. When I asked Reception to lower the temperature, the person didn’t have the authority to change it, though he did try.
The hotel interior is beautiful, really tastefully restored. It was spotlessly clean and in an excellent location.
