United KingdomThe outdoor pool was too dirty to use, covered with dead insects and other debris. The restaurant was not open the evening we were staying Sunday 18/06/23, this was a problem for us as we had purposely booked this hotel because we wanted a hotel with a restaurant as we had been driving all day and there were no other options in the village on a Sunday night, so we had to drive for 20 minutes to find an open restaurant. Also we booked this hotel because it has an outside pool but it was too dirty to use. 17 euros for breakfast!!!! What a joke, we have had excellent breakfasts in hotels for 8 euros, there is no way we would pay £17 euros for a breakfast
Everything is very clean when you enter the reception area of the hotel, quick and friendly check in, our room was very clean and spacious, well equipped, even had a kettle and a free bottle of water, good shower, very big and comfortable bed. The indoor pool is nice but small, the sauna was a bonus.

AustriaEverything is to improve. The staff is terrible. The room was not ready one hour after check-in time and the receptionist told us to go and check ourselves if it was! The room we got was not the room we paid for (one double bed only instead of a double bed + a single bed for our child). The next day we got moved into a room where the bathroom had not been cleaned and the trash not emptied! And no single excuse or compensation from the hotel management. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been.

United KingdomThe view from the room lack of a/c , restaurant, general state of the hotel. Noise from the road. Ate in the restaurant the first night. My wife asked for tomato salad and was told there were no tomatoes, then asked for the truite and was told there was no truite. I ordered a bottle of red and they brought a rose possibly the worst hotel in France . Two minutes away the restaurant Les Baladins fabulous always fully booked impeccable service and food

SwitzerlandThe receptionist was incompetent and not helpful at all. The hotel's own restaurant was supposedly fully booked and we were sent to an external restaurant. They did not want to make a reservation for us there. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed; other restaurants in the vicinity were fully booked or also closed. Back at the hotel, we explained the situation to the reception and asked them to serve us at least a salad. They refused, saying that they had too few staff. In fact, half the hotel restaurant was empty and only one very stressed, unfriendly waiter was serving. The hotel manager was not available.

FranceThe parking does not belong to the hotel. Not enough parking spaces compared to hotel size and very difficult to park given the tiny aspect. My car was severely damaged by another car the next morning. I suspect someone had difficult to maneuver and didn't even leave a sorry note. The hotel did not care as they are not responsible. No video in parking. I advise you to park elsewhere
