Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandWe had problem with the key to our room. We told about that receptionist, he changed it three times, but we still couldn't open our room. Finally he left and asked us to wait. We waited for 10 min and he didn't come back. We went again to the reception and found a reception men with another clients. So finally we changed the room. It took us about 25 min to solve the problem!And there was no a soap in the room.

Hotel was very close to the airport and there was a free shuttle every 1/2 hour. The room was quite large which enabled us to organise our bags. It was clean and quite. The breakfast was good and service great for such an early start as well.

BelgiumThe hotel is close to the Orly airport and it is served by a free shuttle (the shuttle is not managed by the hotel and does not stop in front of it, but the stop is less than 1 minute by foot, literally just around the corner). It was a smooth journey to/from the airport. The rooms are quite small, but it served well our needs: spend 1 night close to the airport to catch a flight the next morning. The breakfast was good. There's a restaurant close to the hotel, we were able to get some decent food after 21h30. Would come back.

we ended up canceling, due to the accommodations, as the AC was not working in either room and the hotel didn’t have a functioning restraunt. They were renovating as we came in at 5pm. I almost tripped on the uneven entrance due to the updating. The staff spoke mostly French, but was accommodating due to the issues above and refunded my money. we booked up the street.
