Only a small suggestion would be to allow the swimming pool to open a bit earlier than 9, so we could get a little swim before breakfast (which finished at 10). But I appreciate this is a niche request for our needs!

Beautiful hotel room with very comfortable bed, and the whole hotel and spa were immaculate. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with direct entrance onto promenade, close to restaurants and bars and with lovely walks nearby. We had a wonderful few days and would gladly return.

Nothing, everything was ideal.

Location was amazing right on the beach, we went swimming every day, we ended up booking 3 extra days we were so happy with the hotel and facilities. Ideal SPA that had everything, great hiking right next to the hotel, cute little town with cafes and shops walking distance, great staff, service, quality and comfort. Being able to use the SPA for the whole day on check out was a nice bonus to our stay as we had a boat to catch that evening and lots of time to kill.

Better make reservation with sea view, because we booked the most cheap twin room and view vas on parking zone. But it’s doesn’t matter because we just slept in the room.

Amazing hotel! Perfect service and incredible zone Thalasso. Swimming pool with jacuzzi, sauna and hamam included in the price. Tasty and variety breakfast. Comfortable room with 100% of soundproofing. All people are so friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel with top notch facilities! The Thalasso is the best we have had so far! Will definitely recommend! Right in the village centre with easy access to several restaurants just around the corner.

We loved the design of the hotel including the spa which was amazing !! Very clean and well maintained, with a lovely relaxing area and beautiful view on the ocean from the main pool.

On the issue of the vegetarian meal choices and quality, we communicated this to the hotel Manager directly, who during our stay was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly whenever our paths crossed; he was very concerned about our comments and he advised he would raise the matter with his Chef Team to increase the quality and choice of vegetarian/vegan/healthy options ! Good enough....

We stayed for 2 nights and decided to upgrade our room to sea view - more expensive but our choice....the room was as per the photos and the sea view was very pleasant a little farther away than anticipation, but still lovely. Nice balcony but possibility of our dog exploring other balconies!! The room was spacious and well laid out, but the granite stone bedside 'table' is a mistake!! Lovely as it may be,. The ensuite area is partly open plan to the bedroom leading to a large shower. A little challenging hanging up wet towels and with a very small towel rail. Large comfortable bed. The hotel is new & modern with very interesting designs and aesthetics...lots of granite! The reception, bar and comfortable lounges, area (with fire) were great as was the 'beach' walk to the restaurants! The spa facilities and activities were excellent....we loved the pool, bubbles and resistance walkway, and the relaxing seating areas. The hotel has EV charging points and staff were very helping in enabling this. We used both restaurants - The Suite and the l'Haliotis. We enjoyed our evening at The suite with friendly helpful services; the 2nd night in the l'Haliotis we decided to try the vegetarian options 'of the moment' - they sounded interesting! Unfortunately the dish of various beans and broth was wholly unimaginative and tasteless.....we returned it to the kitchen; we were offered another choice of salad and avocados; this arrived with a mass of bitter radicchio leaves and very little avocado......disappointing....the waiter reflected our evening in the final bill. Breakfast was very good with various choices but getting a good cup of coffee proved challenging both times! However, notwithstanding this we enjoyed our 2 nights, it has parking and is dog friendly and is in a lovely location for visiting the area.

The rooms are more or less clean but not as aspected from an Resort in this category, which means dust on mirrors and cleaning by house keeping was more or less focused on speed than cleaning

For hygiene, would prefer a handbasin to be in the toilet cubicle. To be extremely picky, the remote control for the TV was impossibly complicated, and the room was designed for looks rather than comfort. For example, the uneven 'rock' bedside table was a bit too far away from the bed. But I would certainly come back again.

Nice room although the 'garden' suites overlook the local car park. Overall very comfortable: quiet at night, dark, and a comfortable bed. Good-sized balcony although the bar was also very welcoming. Breakfast was mostly very good - the nut and fruit bread was lovely - although it's a mystery why a property of this quality uses bog-standard machines that serve, frankly, undrinkable coffee. Perhaps the worst I've had in France. Great location just across from the beach.

The only thing that was less impressive was that the restaurant zone took quite a long time to take orders and receive food.

I like the hotel. From the first step into the reception, they were very welcoming. I was very impressed.

The phone in my room didn’t work during the entire stay. I have informed the reception, they said will send someone, but nobody came. Even to book a restaurant I had to physically go to reception because of the telephone, which didn’t work.

They need to add a shelf in the otherwise fantastic shower. You literally have to put your soap, shampoo, etc on the floor.

Immaculately clean and comfortable rooms with an efficient layout and comfortable beds. Ocean view and balcony was lovely. We didn’t use any spa services or the pool. It was a great location to walk to beach, restaurants and shops.
